This Northville restaurant is just horrible and incompetent. Team Leader and Management need to be replaced. Corporate policies need to be updated based on COVID and the horrible lines and refund or missing item policy. My grandson likes the sandwiches, just chicken and a bun. Nothing else. We order a few things more to take home. Altogether, $55 for a fast food chicken sandwich place. $55!!!!! Sit in line for 20 minutes, disorganized as they have people do 2 lanes, then it turns into 1 lane and then quickly back in to 2 lanes??? So in the mean time I arrive before the car that 3 minutes later arrives after me eventually can sneak into my right lane despite the left lane pace being much faster and smoother. All in all I watched 7 cars that arrived after I did leave the restaurant parking lot in the left lane after me. Just plain stupid disorganization and they make themselves out to be such a "lovely and pleasant and hospitable place to spend $55. My god the commercials reflect NOTHING of what we experienced. HORRIBLE! We finally get home and our order is incomplete including my grandsons chicken sandwich. INCOMPETENT WITH NO QUALITY CHECK. I call and talk to a Team Lead. She provides me with the option of coming back and getting my sandwich for free. WHY DIDN"T YOU JUST QC THE ORDER and GIVE MY GRANDSON HIS SANDWICH in the first place. No thanks, and , Oh sure, I will come back and sit in line for yet another 20-30 minutes for a dried chicken sandwich that is about as good as TYSON in your frozen food aisle, no offense Tyson Foods. I asked for my money back, but again, would have to wait in line, so forget about it and therefore no compensation for my missing food, the trouble of dealing with poor service, the fuel expended, or the complete waste of time during and in having to come back. Corporate Policy after all. so I was told. Really. What happened to such a faith based type restaurant? Rather they are a bunch of insensitive money greedy losers. What's the Corporate phone number Team Lead? "I don't know." What? Wait a minute, you are leading this mess, yet you have no idea what the important numbers are for Chik-Fil-A corporate? You don't know how to QC your orders either, what else are you not aware of? Next, I ask if I could speak to the manager? Oh yea, right, guess what, he's not there. "No he's not here." Ok, when will he be in I ask. "I don't know, possibly tomorrow". What!!! You don't have a schedule? You're kidding? Or just don't want to check? Look at all the messed up orders per reviews for this Northville restaurant, way too many. Read moreThis was our 2nd visit to this location. I waited 15 mins to place my order of 4 meals. (3 chicken sandwiches and 1 wrap).I got to front of line to park at pick up cone about 10 mins later. After watching 11 cars go around me in line, I got attn of a worker & asked that he please check on status of my order.
After he didn't return & 2 more cars went around me, I flagged a 2nd worker with same request. A few mins later, I'm told "we're putting your order together now, pull around bldg to striped area. We'll bring it out to you." By now they've had well over 20 mins to make our order. I am frustrated at this point so asked will they be doing anything for us for this inconvenience? He replies he will ask.
After pulling around bldg to park in this yellow paint striped no parking zone, I wait another 16 mins. We are at over half hour waiting now and cars are still coming out of drive thru while I'm waiting but I stopped counting how many At this point I'm extremely annoyed.
The food finally is delivered to my car. The kid tells me "we gave you 2 free cookies for the wait". I asked what happened, did you forget my order? The response was "We were waiting on filets."
Seriously?! That is basically all they sell. Chicken filet sandwhiches. So you expect me to believe that of the more than 12 cars that went around me , not one of them ordered a chicken filet sandwich? We are the only car to order them and it takes 40 mins to get a filet sandwhich? He just shrugged and repeated we were waiting for filets. He did say thank you as he walked away.
This chain airs lots of ads on how they appreciate their customers and go out of their way to make things right for people. Not in my experience. First visit they shorted us a fry. 2nd visit was just maddening. They smiled but they didn't really care. I paid over $40 so I'm not going to just drive off without my product or refund if that is what they were hoping

Read moreHonestly. I thought I liked this Northville Chick-Fil-A. But I won’t be going back. I went inside, ordered a large fry and 8ct chicken nugget. I was starving and you can’t sit inside and eat. So, I decided to eat in my car. I was enjoying my fries, they were more than half way gone.. then I bit into a French fry, along with a hair. Pure disgust, ruined my entire appetite. If I wanted fries with hair, I would have ordered it. But mistakes happen and I understand. But It was the way the manager dealt with the situation that bothered me the most.
A old man, Im assuming was the manager. Asked if there was anything he could help me with, I replied yes and began explaining my situation. I told him im not sure who has organish/red hair in the back, but there was hair in my food(btw my hair is black, so I know it’s not mine) He replied, “we’ll that’s definitely distinguishable”. Um duh. So He told me he’d make me new fries. I told him no thanks, because as I mentioned earlier I lost my appetite. He asked, so what do you want me to do. I asked him if could have a food voucher for the fries. He said a voucher? Do you want a refund? I replied sure. Mind you during this entire conversation he did not seem shocked nor bothered that I put one of his employees hairs in my mouth. He didn’t even apologize until after he gave me the refund. Maybe he figured because my fries were almost gone it wasn’t a big deal? I do not care how many fries I had left, there was someone’s hair in my food and I put it in my mouth.
