Crumbl — Restaurant in Northville Charter Township

**Update - Crumbl Corporate is amazing - the manager emailed me back and told me he respected me writing the review and told me to contact corporate so I did - they were quick to offer a gift card and look into letting the store know how to better help customers. She was a great help! For that, I thank Crumbl corporate! The update on the service stars is for corporate.

We love Crumbl and do large orders for our events. We had placed a large order for Mother's Day and were schedule to pick them up at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. We arrived to find that our order wasn't ready - they "didn't even know about it" - even though it was in the system and the lady who didn't know about it was the one who printed me the confirmation receipt the day I placed the order. They tried to rush to get them done, so my husband decided to leave for a while to not pressure them to get them done - when he came back, they had to take several cookies back inside to get them redone as they looked rushed, a few were broken and weren't presentable to hand out for Mother's Day. Again, this was a large order and when the manager was contacted we were given a $15 refund for our inconvenience - we definitely didn't feel this compensated for having to change our evening plans due to our order not being ready and for cookies not being presentable. What should have been ready at 4:30 was completely picked up around 6:30 p.m. We will use other Crumbl locations in the future. Also, the day I went in to place the order, no one greeted us to offer to help us place the order and the kiosk's were not working well and kept freezing up causing us to have to keep retrying the order. Poor customer service at this location. This is now the second time I've dealt with the same rude employee. First experience employee packed one of the cookies incorrectly. Asked for the cookie I actually ordered and received attitude. Today I placed an order online. Went into the store to pick up. After a few minutes the same employee from before tells me I need to click that I'm here in order for them to help me. I advised that is not an option as I placed an online order. She then told me to go into the app and click that I'm here. Again I advised that I placed an order online and don't even have the app and as you don't even receive an email for an online order it wasn't possible. She then asked for the name and packaged up my order walked it over. Showed me the box. After I said thank you she couldn't even be bothered to respond and walked away. I will not return to this...

Every time I stop by Starbucks next door, I can’t resist popping into Crumbl in Northville, and this visit was no exception! I grabbed the Beetlejuice Specialty Cookie Cake—such a fun and nostalgic treat for this ‘80s baby—and it did not disappoint. The flavors were spot-on, and the design was amazing!

But the real star? The Lemon Bar Cookie. Hands down, the best cookie I’ve ever had. Perfectly balanced with that sweet-tart flavor, a buttery base, and just the right amount of citrusy zing. If it’s ever on the menu again, I’ll be first in line!

The store is always clean, the staff is super friendly, and the rotating menu keeps things exciting. If you’re in the area (especially grabbing a coffee next door), do yourself a favor and stop in. You...
