Arby's — Restaurant in Lockport

Went Tuesday night for dinner. Only one register open in the dining room and about 6 to 8 families waiting to order. Food was ok. Sides were not bad but not real hot. Dining room was not being cleaned on a regular basis. Cashier did not know how to ring up my coupon for a free onion ring. I was at Arby’s on fri 1/3 around 1pm. There was a young girl, long dark hair who couldn’t of done a better job. She was so pleasant, suggested different sauces that mix together well. Told me all about happy hour menu. I’ve been working in customer service for 50 years, this young lady did an outstanding job!
