completely forgot hot sandwich. wasn’t greeted when walked in kid looked like he had a gun held behind his head when he looked at me. i should of taken there being no smell of grilled peppers or meat in the air as a bad sign. didn’t notice sandwich was gone till we got home and they even tried to hide it under the chips and soda. to top it all off when i opened my sandwich that luckily made it. it was the worst looking and prepared sandwich ive ever seen from there. it seemed whoever was making it was pissed off for working??? i didn’t even eat the sandwich as it was so horrible made it didn’t even know how to eat it will be going to other locations as this one has become horrendous over the years. very surprising considering all the competition surrounding them: chipotle, popeyes, noodle and company, mcdonald’s, and etc. go to the other parts of the strip mall and...

Ordered four sandwiches got home to eat them and the bread was hard . Called to let them know and they said oh we over cooked it and we can’t waste our bread this should’ve been informed to the customer before they order not after they leave and go home to eat it. I also Wanted Turkey only with lettuce and tomato and a little mayo they put cheese on it and tons of mayo. The worst part of experience was the rudeness that the so-called manager of the store did when I called to advise of the mess up. She said her name was Morgan and she got confrontational when I told her that the customer should’ve been informed that bread was over cooked because it was not edible. I would give it more if one the online said it would take 40 Mins for 2 sandwiches. A hot one snd a cold one. We waited and did some errands the. Got there early . Went in and it wasn't ready for pickup. I assumed it wouldn't. We asked for our order. They come back and day. It's not suppose to be done till 1:41. 🙄 ok. What are you waiting on.
