If I could give a -10 I would!!
I frequent DD PERIOD!! in my area off of exit 218 in McDonough GA my DD is being remodeled. So when we got ready to hit the road for our vacation we couldn’t do the normal stop there. So, we go to exit 212 in Locust Grove, GA. The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! When we got out the truck there was a white gentleman in front of us that went in first. Immediately he was greeted and he was served and mind you there was just him, my wife and I and another Asian lady standing there. The entire staff 3 ladies and young guy were white and it’s never been a color thing for us but it became one quickly yesterday 5/26 at 6:38 am. This gentleman spent all of 6 minutes getting his coffee and he was out! We stood there for 11 minutes with no greeting of the day, no acknowledgment at all even after being looked at in the face by the older lady working the register with the previous guy. She went back and fourth a total of (5) times and I said to my wife if she does this one more time we leave! She did it and my wife asked are you at least going to acknowledge us that we’re here? She threw the bags down and said can I help U? My wife said you didn’t even speak to us no you can’t now. The young man who was mixing drinks in front of us the entire time might I say never spoke either had the audacity to say “CAN’T U SEE WE ARE SHORT” after the ladies response to my wife. That was so rude and I told my wife to come on let’s go! How are we to know that your short. How are we to know that it takes (4) people to work the drive thru. And they stood there and never apologized for what happened. The other lady turned and left as well. I do DD every other day unless I’m just busy busy and can’t get to it. But everyday and I’ve NEVER had to deal with what we dealt with on 5/26 6:38 in the morning. We drive on to macon and got to DD and when we walked in “GOOD MORNING” We ordered our drinks, sandwiches and got our munchies and said WOW! All of that! Someone needs to check the attitudes (TAMMY) there at 4841!!! On a racial level and I’m sad to say that! Never will I go there again!! And it’s sad because that’s one of the cleaner ones in he area....

Upon arrival in the drive thru, you find half of the digital menu is out of service. When I was greeted, I alerted the staff that I needed a moment to figure out what we wanted as my family was having to look up the menu online. After 45 seconds, I was told "If you don't know what you want, can you park and come inside? We are on a timer." We made an order for a large coconut strawberry dragon fruit refresher, 2 large iced coffees with 5 salted caramel flavor, 4 creams each, 2 Chicken and Roasted Pepper Dunkin Wraps, and a Turkey Sauasage, Egg, and Cheese on English Muffin sandwich (3 drinks and 3 sandwiches). When I got to the window, the amount requested for payment was wrong (see receipt). I thought maybe the staff didn't know the menu was broken since they had made a comment about being on a timer. That was responded to with "Yeah, it's been broken for 3 months, and no one will come fix it." I was then directed to go wait by a light pole for my food.
Thinking maybe they were taking time to get things right, I was greeted a moment later by an employee who asked "are you all the ones who made that big order?" and thrusted a bag toward me. It was at this point we saw the receipt and the upcharges on the coffees, but the employee had already walked away.
As we left and handed out our "big order" of three sandwiches and 3 drinks, my wife and son took bites of their dunken wraps to find both were still frozen in the middle.
I pulled off the road and attempted to call the location only to have no one answer. My wife also attempted to call and was pushed immediately to voice-mail.
Do not go to this location for any reason, unless you like being mistreated and wasting your money on cold food and...
Read moreAbsolutely rude. I ordered an iced chai. The lady told me they don't do that, which I understand if they don't, but if there had been a way for me to pull out of that drive thru line I would have, because the lady's tone was disgusting. I go to Dunkin quite often, multiple times a week and if I'm out and about then please multiple times in a day. I always order iced chai. This isn't the first location to tell me they couldn't do it, but I can't have coffee (medical issues- can't have diuretics). I giggled to try and keep the mood light hearted and just brushed it off saying that it just depends on which location you go to. When we got to the window I could hear her making comments about my order. I don't intend to ever visit this location again.
I went with a frozen chai as soon as I was told they couldn't do it iced, so I didn't hold up the line or anything. I have worked for service and retail and other customer service jobs myself before and I do my best to keep a positive attitude while acting as a customer because I know how it feels in the other side, so I don't believe I did anything that warranted her rudeness.
The frozen chai tasted perfectly fine, so no complaints on the phone...
