Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Locust Grove

Currently the best Moe's in the area, they stay stocked up on food up until closing, the staff is always been polite and courteous. Most of all I've never once got the feeling that I have to come in 1 hour or more before closing in order to get the same menu experience everyone else does. In the rare case that they don't have something they are generally open to making it even in that last 30 minutes of service which is potentially up in the air for most, but what I'm saying is if you come here at 8:00 and they're out of your favorite thing then they will likely make some more for you without being jerks, or making you feel like a jerk because you happened to eat past 7:00. Their primary goal here seems to be the serve the customers up until closing and not the closing itself, a rare thing indeed. Getting food lately when you don't have a reliable way to cook at home has become very difficult for people that work or do their business at night. This place is a reliable option for us and I for one appreciate it. Also have to give a shout out to Nathan, one of the employees that has always brought five star service no matter how busy they are. Make no mistake though they are all great, Thank you guys

Edit: this place was there for a while but now they're having issues with pricing. They regularly switch prices around, I was paying $863 every Monday, now some Mondays I'll pay 10 or 11, I don't know what's going on with this place but if you're looking for your regular Monday deal choose a different location because this one's become very inconsistent. They claimed glitches, or app issues (though I ordered it in store) and will not give you the discount. If you have time to go to a different Moe's do not go to this one, and if you do I would keep a close eye on the price.

Edit: more shenanigans with pricing, sometimes they will add the protein after the moes Monday deal but no other moles in this area does that and if any of them pick up this habit I will stop going there as well. Gentleman I talked to you said they were supposed to but I promise that's going to hurt their business because I'm not the only one that sees that as a devaluing of the deal. Additionally they've gone up on protein prices they're white meat chicken is now a dollar extra (even on Moe's Monday) and today they had no adobe chicken so you literally had no choice but ground beef unless you wanted to pay a dollar extra. I was running short on time and gave this place another shot but from now on I'm just going to go to the one in Griffin. They've got their own problems but at least they're consistent with their pricing. As soon as I figure out which moes that this franchiser owns I'm going to avoid...

We have always ordered and had 5 star every time. The one time we decided to go in and sit down, was horrendous and unacceptable. First impression parking lot was trashy, Walked in the establishment and it was utterly a disaster. NO tables were wiped down, trash cans over flowing. 6 guys behind order/ prep area. All Indians except one extremely well mannered African American young guy. Obviously the owner in civilian clothes standing behind there as well, not doing one thing to help these guys. A total of 7 people. There was never anymore than 3 orders going on at a time. The black guy was multitasking the walk in orders, he was extremely polite, efficient and friendly. The other clowns were a total train wreck. The Uber orders and pick up orders were 15 to 20 minutes wait time after people got there to p/u orders, that weren't ready. The Indians were all argumentative with people. None of the condiments were supplied correctly. Most were empty and salsa was spilled or slipped all over bar. No napkins in dispensers. Floors were sticky and nasty. Yet none of the clowns were helping or doing anything, literally walking around between the drive- thru and prep area or register. As for the owner standing there with his arms folded in the kitchen area, summoned one of the guys to make him an order of food. After about 30 minutes, he decide to take his food and leave. It's really sad to see a place come to our area and go down hill in such a short time. Food is good and worth the price. GREAT SERVICE! Very clean inside and the food was fresh and delicious. It’s a new store which means all the employees there are new but they were very polite and helpful. The Manager was extremely professional & he seemed very calm and in control of his store. I was shocked to see that the dining room was open as well as a drive-through. They were a few items that weren’t available because the manager said There was a nationwide shortage but they were doing their very best to get everything and as soon as possible. Overall I was extremely pleased and impressed where’s my visit and my food, but it’s the staff and the manager that made my experience there perfect!
