Charlie's Supreme Ice Cream — Restaurant in Logan

Some of the worst service that I have ever had in my life. I am allergic to walnuts. I am very careful with what I eat and I am careful with what I consume. I order rocky road, that is always in the past been almonds, I took one bite and I knew it wasn’t almonds, inside of an icecream it is hard to tell if something is a walnut or a pecan, so I went up and asked the employees. They told me that they didn’t know, and couldn’t get me the information. So I went up and asked if I could get a refund or a new scoop of icecream. I was direct but, but not rude, and like three of the girls kept rolling their eyes at me. I looked at one of them and told her she didn’t need to be rude, and she just yelled at me and said she was because she was giving me a new ice cream. The rest of the visit all of the girls kept talking about me, looking at me. Also they closed the lobby 10 minutes early. I will not be coming back. I asked for their names and they refused to...

I used to love coming here. But lately, the workers aren’t very nice. Not only is the service declining, but the size of ice cream is one of the reasons I won’t be back. I asked for a two scoop adult size for the dish and this is what I got. The two scoop ice cream in a dish used to reach the line or above it. Now, it’s way below. I asked when I got the ice cream, “Is this two scoop adult size? This looks like a one scoop.” The worker looked at me like I was dumb and said, “Yes. That’s how they are.”She proceeded to quickly hand me my ice cream. I have always chosen Charlie’s over every other ice cream place here in town. I notice small things like size and portion. Now that they are choosing smaller portion for same price, I’ll have to go...

I’ve been going to Charlie’s for years and I’ve always loved everything about the place except for the snotty kids that work there. Anywho, I just got home from there and it’s lobby is not open due to a labor shortage. They’re hiring like just about every other place in town. Apparently, Logan has a shortage of kids who wouldn’t mind making $10/hour to scoop ice cream. From the brunette who helped us through the window today, it appears they’ve enhanced their employee requirement from snotty to rude, mean and nasty!! When this place goes out of business in the near future it will not be COVID related. It will be because of the horrible nasty kids you have to deal with just to get a damn ice...
