Wingstop — Restaurant in Logan

The wings are quite good, and I enjoy their regular flavors as well as the rotating choices. They aren't cheap, but they're pretty damn good. Their blue cheese is excellent, as are the seasoning options for the fries. Their fries are fine enough, but they DO NOT stay crispy AT ALL.

When this location first opened, I got GREAT service every time, and if there was even a minor issue they did everything to make it right. Lately this has not been the case. Recently I've picked up orders that had the wrong sauce or plain wings instead of sauced, and no napkins in the bag? It's wings! Put napkins in the bag!

Multiple times recently I've arrived AFTER the promised pickup time only to be told it'll be about 5 more minutes, and of course it's been closer to 10. Not a big deal, but this last time they said it'd be 5 minutes, so I took a seat, and waited 15 minutes. I looked at the shelf and noticed one with my name; They had put the order up, but never called it, so I went to ask for it and the employee demanded I show my order receipt on my phone. I showed the order, but what if it had been my wife who placed the order from her phone, as she frequently does? Are people stealing orders that often from...

I came in to order food because I was absolutely starving and I just walked out barely. This happened maybe 2 minutes ago where I came in starving because I hadn't eaten all day and they stared at me and everything and even with eye contact and everything I stood there at the cash register and nobody came up and took my order. I stood there for a good minute and a half waiting for these guys that knew I was there to come and take my order and instead I ended up walking out but as I was walking out the door the guy walked up and I told him that I had decided I didn't want anything if they didn't want to take my order. This is becoming a regular pattern with these guys and every time for like the last month it feels like if I come in and the red headed guy with the goatee is behind the counter I know I'm not going to be ordering because he's just going to ignore me. I come in when Google says that you guys aren't busy and of course you're not busy, you're busy only when you're trying to avoid acknowledging customers. We ordered online. Our food was ready when we got there but I am not sure how long it sat because it was a little cold. The inside of the store was pretty busy but they had a lot of people working. They don't have many selections for drinks and half of them were out of order. There were lots of tables and places for people to sit down and eat inside the store. The prices weren't terrible but they do charge for every add-on including ranch dip unless you order a combo with a drink. I love that they do not ask for a tip when checking out. That was much appreciated since I ordered to-go online. The food was pretty good and was very filling. Our order was correct. The fries portions seemed small but they were enough. We ordered boneless and strips and they were both very meaty and tender. We both got the Korean sauce and it was good but not as sweet as I would have expected. I love spicy and sweet but not too hot and they didn't have any options for that. The cheese fries weren't spicy at all and half of the fries werent covered in sauce. We would go there again and probably try different sauces...
