Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Logan

It's one star because of the environment that I walked into. There were maybe five six workers there and one of them was working. I came in during the evening shift of October 9th. I came in for my order and I couldn't even hear the cashier. That's how Wild the other staff were being. And I noticed that the one girl that was there was the instigator of all of it. She was goofing off and riling the others up. But what's really concerning is that I wanted to ask for the store owners number because as I walked in she was telling another young man not to touch her. I wasn't expecting to walk in to a store run by at least near adults and witness sexual harassment. You guys are getting one star because I couldn't hear over how loud you all were being. I couldn't function as a customer. I couldn't ask questions because I couldn't hear the answers. Whether the food is good or not, I haven't even gotten to it. Because the moment that I walked out is the moment that I started this review. I have never walked into a restaurant and been exposed to such immaturity and such obnoxious behavior in my life. I have been to some really trashy food places, and even then there's far more professionalism. I have never seen such a obnoxious and Wild group of teenagers. I don't understand how only five people can be so loud. There was no work being done except for by one or maybe two people there. I won't be coming back to this location because I can't imagine exposing myself to such utter chaos and unprofessional behavior. Might as well just go to Papa John's since it's the...

I called 4 times within 2 hours to try and Order a Large Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza. As this is one of my favorite pizzas. Nobody answered the first Three times and on the fourth an employee answered after 6 rings. He took my order and My name and told me my pizza would be done in 10-15 minutes. When my husband and I got there We waited for 5 minutes for anyone to even come up to the register when there wasnt any other customers around. Then the manager asked my name and couldnt find my order. He asked if I could have called the Store on the opposite end. And when I explained that I absolutley made sure it was taken at his store he told me that he didnt have it and didnt even offer to make us our pizza. My husband and I then called the South Logan store and were told they would have our pizza ready in 10 minutes. We got there, our pizza was almost done, and when we went to pay we learned that the North store was over Charging us, that is if they would have made our pizza. And their service sucks. This Domino’s is CRAZY rude! When we have gone in for pick up before the drivers have pushed past us walking into the store as my small children and I have been walking in (with my 8 year old son holding the door for their rude employees) and then when placing an order for delivery we were called back by a pretty friendly guy letting us know the weather is bad so they won’t deliver. We decided to cancel the order only to have another call start coming in from the same store during the call. I ended that call to answer the other call from a shockingly rude woman who kept talking over me while I tried telling her I canceled. I asked if our card would be charged for an order that I already had canceled and she asked “Why we would charge your card if you cancel?” When I asked for her manager she asked me why, I told her I do not want to talk to her- I want her manager and she said she IS the manager and I was being rude.
