Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Logan

I was not asked if I wanted it, but my sandwich was toasted. I did not know it would be automatically toasted. I hate toasted sandwiches. There’s nothing worse than hard bread. I was over toasted. It was so hard. Then to top it off, my ultimate Italian sandwich had so much oil on it, not only was the entire sandwich coated in, but there was a puddle of oil inside the wrapper. And then it gets worse. It dripped so much that my $40 blouse has oil all over now. I’m grateful I came home and changed out of my $80 work shirt; otherwise I’d be out $80 instead of $40. That was bar none the most disgusting sandwich I have eaten. Rock hard on the outside, and soggy on the inside. The lettuce and tomato were so slimy. I don’t waste food, which is why I ate it anyway. I would have brought it back except that I live 30 minutes away from that location. I don’t know what kind of training they received at that store, but I’ve never had a bad experience at a jimmy johns before. My husband wanted hot peppers on his gargantuan and there were barely any at all. I’m just glad we didn’t pay extra for them. What that sandwich did have though, was probably a quarter cup of mayo. He said it wasn’t that appetizing, but like me, doesn’t like to waste food and ate it anyways. These sandwiches are too expensive to be as bad...

You can't order your food the way you want it! We ordered the new wraps we got the chicken and they were delicious! However our sandwich we each got for later was not good! They put so much oil on it, it was all greasy and soggy!! Also I got a Turkey Bacon with cheese sandwich and all I got in the first 5 bites was tomatoes and soggy bread! Never got a bite of any meat or bacon and cheese. I'll go to Subway over this place anyway! 5 boys standing around and they didn't even know if I could have a pickle that's on the menu not to mention I offered to pay for it! We got 2 chicken wraps and 2 regular sandwiches for over $30.00 plus! What a rip off! Go to making those wraps and let people tell you what they want. They already made it their way before I even finished ordering!...

The first thing I would say is their ingredients always seem to be really high quality compared to other places like Subway. They are also freaky fast. I always just order from the app or website and by the time I get there in 5 minutes it's ready to go without fail. I'm not a big fan of their chips myself, but the BBQ is okay. I like that they are pretty good about doing promo codes and other rewards like a free drink or sandwich that are good discounts or otherwise nice rewards. I also really liked that they don't charge me extra for extra lettuce, tomatoes, or many other things. Seating is a bit limited. I would recommend it as a good sandwich place to get some good...
