I made a phone order for 4 pizzas at 10:40pm and they told me that it would be ready in about 15ish minutes. I got there around 11 and went up to the doors, but they were locked because they were closed. I was looked at by a worker but was ignored. I called the store after 5 minutes of being there and they almost didn’t pick up. They told me that they had thrown away my pizzas and they wouldn’t let me pay because it was past 11. I let them know that the lady on the phone said about 15 min and I was there about 15 min later. I understand they close at 11 and they are trying to leave, but I was told by a worker to come pick them up in about 15 min. I am the General Manager at another restaurant and when someone has food to pick up, even if it’s not paid for yet, we keep the register opened until we are about to leave after closing up. Even then, we call the customer to see if they are on their way. We serve every customer even if they come at closing. The problem with Little Caesars is their service and their inability to effectively communicate with the customer. Would you like that deep dish pan pizza? Prepare to wait 20 minutes for the privilege. How about an extra most Bestest pizza? Prepare to wait 20 minutes. Oh, the deep dish is only available after 5 PM on Saturdays or certain other select times during the week. None of this important info is displayed anywhere on the menu.
If a company who prides themselves on having pizzas ready to go via a drive through aren’t going to make the food for you until you actually order it, then they need to make sure that information is clearly displayed on their menu. They don’t seem to care that you have to wait 20+ minutes for “fast food”, perhaps the longest wait anywhere in Logan.

After 20 minutes, she went inside to see what was going on. They hadn't even made her pizza yet. She leaves the store after an hour just to order crappy pizza. I called an complained, they said they would make it right by mailing a voucher to compensate. They mailed a voucher for a cheese pizza. I went back, requested a cheese deep dish(which is what we had ordered). They gave me a 5.00 round cheese and then charged me for the deep dish because I didn't have my previous receipt from two weeks ago. I guess I shouldn't expect more, but I do expect to be treated better, especially after the first fiasco. I am done with Little Ceasars. I'll buy my pizza elsewhere where I'm treated better.
