Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Logan

Update #2 (08/08/23): FANTASTIC customer service! I got an email survey after I got that burnt pizza so I let them know, honestly, what happened and said they could contact me about it. One of the store managers reached out to me THE NEXT DAY (which was a SUNDAY) and said she had already issued a refund and would remake the pizza for free if I wanted. I requested that today and picked it up and the manager offered for me to look at the pizza before I left the store to make sure it was cooked how I wanted it. Wow! I really appreciate how they resolved this with me, you could tell they really wanted me to have a good experience and it wasn’t about just getting my money. Sounds like several other reviews had issues with it being undercooked so I hope they can get that under control. But just know if a mistake is made, they are totally willing and happy to fix it!

Update (08/05/23): I gave them another try and this time I put well done to make sure it wasn’t undercooked. But this time it was burnt and inedible🙃 didn’t think it was so hard to just cook a pizza enough without burning it.

Original (06/30/23): I want to give 5 stars so bad bc I love Papa John’s crust and toppings and it’s definitely an underrated pizza place!! I ordered pizza on Wednesday as I had not tried papa John's since I was a child, as well I saw that there was a deal for 5 toppings any size pizza for $8.99. I cannot deny that once I saw that deal, I was surprised and decided to get two XL's. The first was a pizza with pineapple, ham and salami and Alfredo sauce because, it is my all time favorite across any restaurant, but it was very undercooked, and the ingredients were awful. The ham tasted cheap and chalky, the salami was barely on the pizza, and the pineapple had hard corners still attached. Anytime I ate one piece of that pizza I felt sick, in the morning I had an enormous headache as if I had heavily drank the night before, awful. The second was a sausage and pepperoni with marinara, another favorite, but at least this one was cooked thoroughly. I ate this the next day after reheating it to 275°F and yet again, the next morning I felt as though I had an enormous hangover. The reason why I gave this a higher rating than I believe it should be, was because of the $8.99 deal.

If I could give any comment to this company, if you want to claim "better ingredients" in the motto, please get better quality than the cheapest toppings. As well, please check if the pizza is not undercooked before sending it out.

Horrible experience. Took all my information, told me when they would be there, and hung up. After he hung up he says my card didn't go through but wasn't able to get through the line. They said they tried three times. Once we found the missed call we found they tried once right after the call was ended but we didn't hear the ring. Didn't leave a message or anything. Just left it at that. An hour an a half later I received a call from my family saying pizza wasn't there! Called and they told us that card didn't go through and it was our fault because we didn't answer the phone. When I asked why he was blaming me he became very rude and belligerent. So they ended up giving me 4 dollars off the 30 meal. And dinner didn't get there until after 8. When I called to talk to manager later he said they didn't have any record of our order so they couldn't do anything for the problems earlier and to next time give a number that someone would answer. EXTREMELY frustrating evening... Turned a fun night out into a disaster and to top it off apparently it is MY FAULT. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!! And will tell everyone that asks about them how they...
