Used to have great service, I don't know where it went. I have been a long time customer and will not go back. 2 weeks ago while I was away I ordered food to be delivered to feed my children at home. The food took well over an hour and a half to arrive and was missing the soda AND wings. I contacted the store to bring the items, they agreed to They never brought them, did not tell me they werent bringing them and no refund was ever given. 2 orders of wings and a 2 liter is almost $20 wasted.
Fast forward to this past weekend. I went kayaking with my sons, and left my elderly father at home for a few hours.. It is a rare occasion this happens, and as he is an amputee and cannot cook for himself I arranged to have food delivered for him. (No one else but Christy's and Pizza Hut delivers to Enterprise, and Christy's werent taking orders due to staff shortage or I would have went there.)
I order at 7:30 online. In the special instructions it allows only around 30 characters.. again, because my father is an amputee he would need a minute to get to the door.. I typed KNOCK LOUD AND WAIT in the instructions, and pre tipped the driver! At 7:45 I received text confirmation my order was out for delivery. I check my email and It confims food had been delivered.
I arrive home at 8:30, and NO food had been delivered as well as the store had not made any attempt to reach me? I contacted the store and spoke with Elijah who told me the driver knocked and no one came so he just left? I pointed out I had not been contacted and was offered for the order to be remade and brought out, or asked if I wanted it cancelled. I let him know that actually, the plan was to place another order for those of us who had been kayaking. I asked him if he would confirm that he would sent the order I was about to place with my fathers and ensure it was 100% correct when it arrived and I again noted the missing items from the order 2 weeks prior. He assured me he certainly would ensure it 100% and it would be brought out asap.
This was at 8:30. At 10:50, over two hours later, food arrived. It was my fathers order from over 3 hours earlier ONLY. They not only forgot the bulk of the food, they forgot his wings again also. The driver knew nothing of the other $70.00 in missing food. I asked him to call the store. He did not. I offered my phone for him to call, he did not. I demanded he have someone contact me with an update when returning back to the store, of course no one called..
At this point it was over 2.5 hours since my order was placed and almost closing time. I tried to reach the store. I got sent to a corporate line. I told them I was trying to find my food from over 2 hours prior and needed to know if it was coming as I had been charged and we were hungry. He assured me he was patching me through to a manager. The phone rang and rang and no one picked up...I listened to their recorded line until I disconnected. Another 30 minutes passed. By this time its 11:30 pm. Pizza Hut closes at 11. No contact had been made with the business and we were starved so my husband ran in town and grabbed cheeseburgers from McDonalds. He arrived home and we ate. At 11:50.. over 5 hours after my father's order, and 3 hours after my order, my food finally arrived. Cold, the wings were crushed, and missing a dessert cookie.

Reached out to the email address provided, at first they did not respond. Reached back out to that email on 5/7 to check in, they responded and told me they’ll let the operator (the operator of the email domain? The operator of the store?) know to follow up with me. It is 5/9 and still no response from anyone.
Had a curbside pick up order, which usually makes it a lot easier since it was me and 2 kids under 4 years old in the car. Called in at 7:02 them know I’m here for the order, was told it’ll be right out. Waited nearly 20 minutes before I had to unload my hungry kids out of the car to walk in to pick up my order. Walked in to find myself 3rd in line. Waited another 10 minutes and now the line is 5 people long. Saw my name at the top of the list of orders on the monitor, which indicates my order has been ready the longest. Got my food, got my kids back in the car, and looked at the time. 7:39.
So I waited over 35 minutes to get my food when I was told it would be right out. I didn’t say anything to the staff because they were extremely busy, there were people behind me, and despite my food losing its freshness, it would’ve taken even longer for them to remake the food. Or make an educated decision and use a different crust and just let me know what happened upon delivery. For a 25 dollar order, should have gotten my money back or a free pizza for next time. Lmao, something. Ordered at 4:50 and its past 7. I usually order domino's and now I'm regretting letting the husband talk me into pizza hut for once. Guess we learned our lesson. Oh not to mention a couple weeks ago we almost got hit by one of their delivery drivers and when I called to let them know some idiot almost hit a pregnant woman they were like oh well cant do anything about that. Like how about make it so they work in the kitchen? Or fire them? If it wasn't for my husband's fast reaction time we could have lost our baby.
