The cutest little Ice Cream/Gift Shop with endless options to choose from as well as cute souvenirs &toys as well!Also they often host little family events that usually involve crafts&games which are so much fun!Couple years ago my daughter&I attended their Christmas Event where she got to meet Santa,get a picture with him,paint her own ornament&feed the reindeer.We had such a great time that we have tried to keep up with all of their little events they have!Just recently we took my niece along to their Frozen Event. They got to play games,make snowflakes,color pictures&had a silly photoshoot with Ana and Elsa!The staff is amazing!!Such great people&every event we have went to has been,.FREE!! They were accepting gently used coats for a child in need and if you donated a coat you received 10% off your purchase in their shop.I mean it's just great what they do,these people give their own time putting these events together&ask for nothing but for your family to have a great time and to maybe give back to others in the process!Its truly just a special place filled with amazing people. We stopped here to get two shakes. There was a guy and a girl working. The girl made my shake, and the guy made my husband's shake.

My shake was basically chocolate milk. At first, I was just going to drink it that way, but realized that I was probably just going to throw it away, rather than drink it. At that point, I let them know what the issue was, and let them know that the other one (the one the guy made) was perfect.

Instead of offering to make a new shake, the girl said, "They're ot always the same. It just depends on who makes it". I was going to just let it go, and was disappointed, but then decided to ask if they could remake it (and the guy immediately offered to make it). I even offered to pay for the shake that I was not going to drink.

While the guy was making the shake, I went to the other room to check out. I then hear the girl talking about me, saying that it was weird that one shake was perfect but that I had an issue with the other one.

At the end, I picked up the new shake, and it was just fine. However, the girl's total lack of customer service has turned me off to...

Has a sign that says if you have food allergies to let them know. We did and asked to scoop from a new container. Workers refused and said they can scrape down the sides. Refused to open a new container for life threatening food allergies.

Each food allergy family can make their own choices when it comes to safety and cross contamination. Just sharing our experience
