Absolutely never again. I arrive and it's nothing like the pics online. VERY dated. I go to check in and ask if they have a luggage cart. She said they have one but someone was using it. Turns out they don't have one and it wouldn't have done me any good anyways as I was on the second floor and they have no elevator. Being a disabled vet I asked if they had a room on the first floor and she rudely said no. So I found a young gentleman and gave him $20 to carry my belongings upstairs for me. If I had known they had no elevator, I would've requested a first floor room or stayed somewhere else. I asked if there was an ice machine on the second floor and again rudely said first floor only. Now I stayed at a Baymont the previous weekend and even though the fan on the ac was broke, at least it was clean and had luggage carts and an elevator and it was half the price. Bed had what looked like mold. The door handle was broken as well. You have to shut the door, then push it while pulling the handle up. The shampoo bottle was empty which tells me they left it from the previous person. Overall I have lost all confidence in Wyndham and won't be staying there anymore, complete ripoff. They are priced because of their location, not friendliness, cleanliness, or amenities. Shame on you Wyndham

This was, by far, the worst experience we have ever had staying anywhere. Pitching a tent outside would be a major upgrade, you couldn’t pay me to stay in this dump again. As soon as you walk in, you notice the smell of stale smoke and mildew. SEE PICS FOR THE REST…. Our TV stand was BROKEN and tilted at a 45 degree angle. There were NUMEROUS HOLES in the walls filled in with TOILET PAPER. There were BUGS all over the room, crawling everywhere including our drinking cups. The sink was clogged and took about 10 minutes for the water to finally seep through. The toilet was broken and CONTINUOUSLY FLUSHED THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE NIGHT. The main door handle was loose and not secure - huge safety issue!! Another safety issues - the fire sprinkler head was rusted and COVERED in a disgusting substance - there is no way it works properly. Luckily I booked with Expedia, which has excellent customer service and gave us their own credits to use in the future because you can’t find a corporate number for this piece of trash dump to save your life. They also tried to reach out to Wyndham for some sort of a refund, but Wyndham has not responded. At almost $200/night…. This is not ok.

8/2023We got put here after making reservations through Wyndham reservation line. The room cost more than advertised on the website and we were required to pay a $250 damage deposit plus have a card on file after already having one on file, this was supposedly for incidentals. There was damage to the door lock, walls, lamp, dresser and carpet, room smelled of mold and smoke, there was hair in the bathtub drain, and the ac doesn't blow cold all night. It gets very warm. As someone that works hospitality this is unacceptable at these rates this isn't a low end hotel brand 8/2021This place was very high priced for what we got. No breakfast and nothing that said otherwise on their website. Would have been nice to know or I would have booked elsewhere for cheaper. Sink and tub both drained really slow. Bed skirts were torn, and all the fabrics were fading. AC sounded like it would die at any moment and would go from extremely cold to cool and humid without touching anything. Be aware most of the restaurants closed at or before 9pm. We ended up picking up ready made subs from Walmart our last night. Atleast the room was mostly clean, pool was freezing

I would like to provide some feedback on my recent stay at your Baymont Hotel located in Lake Logan Marina OH. I am absolutely disappointed in the hotel's overall appearance and my accommodations in particular. First of all, upon our arrival and entering the hotel it reeked of tobacco smoke throughout the entire hotel although it was indicated that it was non-smoking you could smell at the front desk and in the hallways. After checking in and climbing steps (shame not even an elevator) to the second floor and accessing our room my daughter noticed layers of dust on top of the headboards of both beds. The same for the dresser on which the television stood in the back of it there was another layer of dust. Pennies on the floor along with trash that indicated the room had not been swept. The bathroom door was very squeaky no matter when opening or closing it the sound was that of a haunted house which made for a very annoying night of sleeping when either myself, my daughter or grandkids had to use the bathroom. The pipes are very old. You could hear them rumbling after turning off the running water in the tub. They Keycards did not work half the time and the air conditioning system only worked occasionally and it was very humid in the room. The whole hotel needs an upgrade. The Wi-Fi was garbage; I was never able to connect to the Wi-Fi at all. I am a technical support specialist and did everything from rebooting the so-called Smart TV and forgetting the network to establish a new connection. The webpage continuously errored out and could never login. We could not connect any devices from tablets or my firestick to stream movies. I eventually had to connect to the TV to my cellphones hotspot to get Wi-Fi. The remote control had extreme latency, so I went to the front desk to ask for another control with new batteries. We could not even turn the volume down manually or using the remote or access any channels directly using the remote. We were told that we had to use the menu option and scroll through the entire menu to access a channel. This was absolutely ridiculous!!!! There is no way this hotel should be charging that kind of money for a one-night stay at a rate of $ 298.14. I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express located on route 664 down the street of the same hotel a couple of weeks ago for the same price and I guarantee you it was way better and worth every cent. I will say the staff was exceptionally friendly and the swimming pool was great, also breakfast was really good! but that is all I can say! I will never stay at that hotel ever again and if I can prevent anyone else from wasting their money you best better believe I will via by word of mouth or social media including any Google reviews.

This is a shame especially since it is in a nice location closed to plenty of restaurants, stores and other...

This is a continuation of the review earlier. So the manager told me I was not getting any of my money back, we spent over $600 on two rooms. I asked him if he was kidding because it seemed so unreal he was not going to refund the money for the rooms. He responded by telling us that we had five minutes to leave the premises before he would call the police and that he was not a joking man. My sister and I went to the car and at this point were in distress and in passing a group of people who were trying to check in earlier were sitting outside and asked what happened. We informed them that this hotel just stole $600 from us and refused to refund our rooms. We got to the car and my brother and two cousins had been loading our bags into the car as my sister and I tried to get us all a refund. My cousin called her dad who in turn called the hotel to speak to the manager whose name was JR. he got the “front desk” which might I add was a couple of cafe tables pushed together. So when my uncle called Sara informed him that she had apparently gone up to check the room (which she honestly wasn’t too concerned in the first place) when we told her about it and she found used condoms all over in the room and that we had obviously been up there having sex. Now I don’t know what they get into down here at the bugmont inn but where I come from you don’t sleep with your family members. They also stated that we were aggressively kicking the counters. Which is just as comical as the first statement because again they were open cafe tables, so not sure how that would be possible. I’m just utterly appalled at the customer service and the lies that they told to save their own. Like I said I’m a customer service manager and I would never treat anyone the way I was treated. They need to work on their customer service skills for start and the people they had managing and running this hotel should not be in the position they are in because they clearly lack what it takes to run a successful business. That was quite evident to me when there were multiple people ahead of us who were checking out the same day as well.

I will be contacting their customer service, the better business bureau, and the health department. And the advice I give to any of you who take the time to read this is do not stay here. Save yourself the stress,...

Just had a recent stay at this Hotel. June 10, 2022 check in June 11, 2022 check out checked in at around 11 pm Upon arrival and going to our original room 106 Entered the room and it had A VERY STRONG MOLD AND MILDEW ORDOR!!!!! When I went to the front Desk the young lady that checked us in ( she was very friendly) was no longer working. There was a older woman working Desk and when I told her about the room  her solution was I have some air freshener do you want it. She acted like it was a inconvenience and had a very annoyed look on her face after I told her that would NOT work the smell is so strong and I have allergies to mold and mildew. She again acted annoyed and At that point I said yes I know I’m a pain in the A$$. All she could say is I don’t think we have anything else and if we do it would be on second floor. I told her I did not care if it was on second floor, but I want to check room out before I took it. At that time my husband came to desk and said there is NO WAY we are staying in that room cause the bathroom is full of Mold and Mildew. She gave us room Room 107 across the hall. Which was better. But you could see where there is water stain starting and also something nasty growing in bathroom vent. The refrigerator DIDN'T WORK!!!! So things we had bought to be able to put in refrigerator we couldn’t! I took pictures of the first room bathroom and showed to front desk lady and she said oh it’ll give maintenance something to do tomorrow the popcorn needs redone. NO!!! That ceiling NEEDS TAKEN OUT AND REPLACED AND THEN POPCORN CEILING REDONE!!!! Know this cause my husband was a licensed builder and is a Carpenter as well. When we got across the hall and he checked our new room bathroom and seen water spot he said “ There is a leak on the second floor somewhere for these two rooms bathrooms to be like this, especially over the bathroom in our first room.

At $139 for the night it’s unexceptionable for that first room to Have been given to us!!!! You can not tell me that NO one has complained or known about that issue in room 106.

I know I will NOT be staying at this hotel again or referring it to anyone. And my Lungs Thank you for the Allergy flair...
