Rancherito's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Logan

Changing my review from 1 star to 5. Here's why- I'm back in Logan area after being gone for several year's, my son arrrived home with a Nacho Supreme & I have to say it was comparable to the Supreme nacho I used to get in the 90s, that was only $5 at the time.. It was beautifully made, no toppings lacking. Which is what I'd expect with the price increase over the year's. But that's not all, I took my friend there just the other night & we got another nacho Supreme & two large horchata's "no ice" the drinks were actually the largest size this time, made correctly & the nachos looked exactly the same as when my son got them the other night. The employee was an absolute sweetheart. Keep your current employees, they're worth EVERYTHING they're being paid then some. This time I had zero problem leaving a tip, wish I could've left a $20. "Maybe next trip" I love to tip people really well for great service.

As long as the service remains this great & the food is as fabulous as its been twice now, I 100% recommend eating at this location.

This place is great, but it really depends on whos cooking. I've been here 4 times and ordered 4 different things.

The first visit was very early in the morning, the majority of my rice was undercooked and really hard.

Second visit was pretty late in the evening, my burrito was great! Though the meat was a little bit overcooked, but definitely worth it for the price.

My third visit was nearly at 1 am, literally tasted like cheaper Mi Ranchitos from SLC. Absolutely was delicious and well worth the money!

I went there for my 4th time today, and I am honestly disappointed. I should've taken pictures, but didn't realize I could add pictures to my review. But, I ordered 2 cheese enchiladas and they both were barely even warm, and the cheese wasn't melted at all. It was 2 enchiladas with a bunch of cold cheese inside and out. I fixed it myself, just tossed them in the oven, but it's disappointing to order a hot meal and its more cold than warm.

Overall this place is great, but don't get you're hopes up, its a complete dice roll on who's in the kitchen. My best meals have always been super late in the day, 11...

One of the best/great price Mexican food in cache valley (IMO)., their manue are always delicious, they use to give you more than what you paid,, for now your order is stretched. E.g. their combo burrito used to be stuffed as big as their California burrito, if not bigger, and now their combo Burrito are no longer rolled they're folded to make the Burrito "look larger" and the burrito stuffing is cut down to less than half from the original combo Burrito, before the price hike you use to "Get the Bang for your Buck" here at Rancherito, Not so much now, but the place is still a good spot for a good burrito, but I'll think twice before ordering the combo Burrito. The California Burrito are still the "same large size" but the burrito stuffing isn't, they've reduced the beef filling and replaced it with just more of the potatoes.
