0/10!!!!!! I lived here for five years. I have a 800 credit score and never been evicted. I always followed the rules. Not a kid friendly place. Your kids can be well behaved and still all the old people have issues with them. Mean mugging etc and they will even yell at them for riding bikes when they are doing no harm. A couple years ago, they made me get rid of a dog I had for a few years that I told them I had and even turned it in to them and was paying monthly to have them. I never got my money back. They also tried making someone who had a second dog for about 13 years get rid of theirs and so they moved their trailer over it. They pick and choose when to enforce their “rules” such as the one dog rule. I know there is people there now with two dogs. They had told me to move my trailer around Christmas time because I had my dog outside “alone” to use the potty when I never did. So I assume it was a neighbor saying this and they believed them. I called and nobody had any idea about it even though they left me a note on my door. They use to have cameras up at the laundry mat and on a few of their rentals. The people are paying water bills which is not even stated in their lease that they have to do that to a place in Indiana. I would never buy a mobile from green valley or rent anything from any of these places. They are poor property managers. They have no office and won’t answer phone calls or text messages. If you go into green valley they will say don’t come back in here. So it is not possible to ever get anyone to help you. They require a 620 credit score to live in their parks. I had my sister on my lease and all was fine with that until I tried to sign it over and then months later they say she has to get out cause she has zero credit. This is something they knew all along for months and I kept getting in contact with them just to be put off time and time again. She even had a co-signer with great credit. She works six days a week and has no criminal background. This is discrimination to those who don’t have credit. Credit was not always required in this park. I know two different people who lived there who didn’t have good credit. I have known them to take possession of peoples trailers for no reason at all. In one instance they let a lady live there since the place opened and she had cats in her trailer she owned and evicted her for it probably 15 years later. They took her trailer for a rental. There was also a couple cases of similar things where they take peoples trailers or won’t approve people for stupid reasons. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here or buy from them as they are a total joke. Run far away from this place!! They also a couple years back constantly had people coming and harassing you at your house and knocking on the doors to the point my senior citizen neighbor had to see her dr and they even called and told them to leave the woman alone!!! They had her that stressed!! At that time it was a couple of women. I’d like to know who owns this place because I have lived here five years and have no clue. My husband and I bought a home from Green Valley in July of 2014. We set this home on a full basement which we went through one of their contractors V.C Crabtree. This man kept putting us off and putting us off. He would start and work for a day or 2 and then he would not be back for a week, and then the same cycle. Once he got the basement walls put up, It was back filled to quickly and the wall started caving in. Luckily the house was not set on the basement yet. He then wanted to half ass fix it, instead of fixing it the correct way. After weeks of debating on him fixing it the right way he finally did. All along we were in contact with Nikki telling her what was going on since her company is the one who contracted Crabtree for our basement. Lets just say her customer service is horrible! The man who came in to fix the drywall after the house was set was absolutely amazing, He did a wonderful job his name was Tim and I believe he does not work for them anymore. With the homes you get a 1 year warranty, Nikki told us to contact her a few month before the warranty was up. I contacted her in May explaining the things that needed fixed. We knew what to expect with the mate line and a few other things from the home settling. After several more phone calls she sets up an appointment for the guy to come fix these things. The guy that came out was from the factory, and he was great! He explained to me that he did not have the things he needed to fix our home at the time, but he would let Nikki know what he needed and come back to fix these things. After about 3 weeks of not hearing from her, I call again. She said that she had not heard from the guy from the factory and would call him.(Which I did not believe). Another week of phone tag with her and me being pretty angry, we finally were able to get our home fixed. It is now Nov 2015 and our home is finally fixed. Once you buy a home from here, you better expect to have very poor customer service. Nikki will not return phone calls, She cannot remember what you are calling about, nor where she put the paper she wrote it down on the last time you called.A cousin of mine also bought a home around the same time as we did she too has had alot of trouble with this company and their contractors. It seems that once they get their money, they could care less about you as a customer. I am the type of person to read reviews on places before I go there, or buy anything and I wish more people would have left their true feelings about this place in the reviews. Hopefully now more...

I had to hire new crews to finish the job, Luckily the house was not set on the basement yet.that does not go for my friend that I referred to go to green valley, it has been years and crabtree has not finished her work, I feel like an idiot telling her to go there, o ya greenvalley would not pay us for the referral, we got tired of her & crabtrees lies daily, and money they stole from us after we paid them to build a garage, they did not build it..we lost our house in a fire, beat us while we where down. nikki would not do anything and still uses them. we fired crabtree..thank god! they don't have a clue.. All along we were in contact with Nikki telling her what was going on since her company is the one who referred us to Crabtree for our basement & more. Lets just say her customer service is horrible! HORRIBLE ! a dad and his awesome sons who came in to fix the drywall after the house was set was absolutely amazing, they did a wonderful job.
