CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW
Dine in is not currently open and all doors are locked. If your order is wrong and you pull away from the drive thru window, there is no guarantee that you will be able to have your order corrected. This has happened to me twice, now.
Last trip, I was given the wrong size french fry. No biggie. Wasn't worth the effort of having it fixed.
This trip, I discovered that I was missing two sandwiches after pulling out of the restaurant parking lot. I decided to return to the store and found that all the entrances were locked and the store was closed to dine in. I parked and attempted to call. On my third attempt, someone finally answered. I explained the situation and informed them that I was in the parking lot, parked next to the curbside pickup. The girl that answered said that she would be right out with both Jr. Bacon Double Cheeseburgers. I waited 20 minutes. No one came. I attempted to call multiple times with no answer. By this point, I was done. Frosty was melted and the food I had received was cold. In total, I had been at Wendy's for 40 minutes and was headed home with sub-par food for only part of the family. Not thrilled.
Mistakes happen. It's a part of life. Poor customer service, blatant lying, no follow through and a total lack of accountability... unacceptable. I will not be returning to...
Read moreIve been waiting longer and longer for my orders. The first person i requested my delivery order from was on a cell phone half the time I waited. Then she asked for 2 large frys. At his moment, another girl stuffed all the fry boxes and stacked them for drive through. Im 5 min late at this pointt. I ask about it, the shift leader said, "we are waiting on frys. We are doing the best we can". Now, she was yelling this.. what do I make of it.? Anyway, There is 4 women standing there talking when she says it. When I finally got the order, sevral of the drive thru frys she horded were still there. I shouldnt have said it. But I said something about her attitude possibly being better, the girl turn her back before i finished a sentence. The leader walked right up to the counter and began yelling at me, telling me to get out of "her" restaurant. I stated how initially she barked at me first. She entered a full on temper tantrum and was yelling get out. I shouldn't have said anything but I did. One word starting with a B over her screaming. Anyway, thank god there were cameras, sense the rest of the crew will stand by their friend. Also, your crew members look like something out of a horror film. # Date of occurrence 08/02/2022....
Read moreI was so upset by my experience here yesterday that I had to leave this review. I ordered dinner on the app in between two of my jobs because I thought it would be a bit faster. When I went to pick up the order, it took about 5 minutes for me to get any service. Then I was told that they didn't do online orders when in fact she just didn't know how to bring it up. She tried to convince me to order everything over again but I checked my bank details and they had already charged me for the order. Then she went to get her manager which took another 10 minutes and he was able to pull up the order easily and get it started. By the time I left it was there for over half an hour and didn't get get my drink. I went home and when I went to eat I realized that the order was wrong!!! I didn't have enough time after that to go back and get it fixed so I called them to get a refund. At least I tried to call, I was on the phone and it was ringing from phone to phone for 2.5 minutes before it gave up, so I called a second time and it was the same thing!!!!! I will never go there again, and I don't suggest that anyone else...
