At 10:29 AM (April 1st, 2023) we ordered drinks/food for pickup through the Starbucks app; it was said to be ready at 10:50 AM.
We were told that 1 of our sandwiches was not available and to choose a new one (no big deal we chose a new sandwich).
It was said that our sandwich would be up shortly as it was a rush order. It made sense as the order was supposed to be ready at 10:50 AM.
I waited for the first 10 minutes silent. I watched as new orders, including the sandwich I was waiting on from the rush order, get given to others. So I went to ask the woman doing the food if our order was being made soon, and not forgotten about. I was told that she had other people’s orders to worry about too, and that she will get to it…
Shortly after, the woman doing the food begins to talk to her co-worker and complains about me IN FRONT OF ME… Again more orders of the sandwich I am waiting on is being sold to other customers.
After 30 minutes (past order ready) I asked the original worker who helped me if there was an update on my missing item. She was surprised I hadn’t gotten it yet, and said that my order must have been taken… I know this to not be the case as I stayed at the counter listening to each name be called out when a new food item was brought.
Shortly after talking with me, the worker radios the food worker and asks about the sandwich I have been inquiring about and within a couple minutes it was ready to go.
If this was rushed to begin with, there would be no issue. If the food worker doesn’t disregard me and realize that she actually DIDNT have my order in mind, there would be no issue. If I didn’t watch that same worker turn and talk bad about me, in front of me, and continue to not be of any assistance, there would be no issue.
This place has always been great and all other workers were great as well. Just the one woman doing the food who talks bad about customers in front of them and does not know how to station when it’s busy, ruined the experience for us and left a bad taste in our mouth. Very...

I waited for 40 mins to take my order expecting to have coffee and a pastry but the guy in front of me was being difficult and rude to the person taking his order and saying he needed his order now that it wasn't hot enough the last time he got it . When she asked for a manager for him no one came and he continued to be rude to her as if it was her fault. she said sorry for the wait a manger will be with you when they are available and went to make his food and asked him to repeat his drink hevsaid your confused she said I'm not confused I'm just getting your food. He continued to yell at her that she needs to get a manager cause she's confused. finally a manager came and asked to speak to her in the back when they came back to help the difficult customer she looked discouraged. I assume she was berated for telling him to wait. They gave him a free order. What kinda place treats a rude customer this well and doesn't assist the employee in need. She took my order said sorry for that wait what can i get for you but looked upset trying to regain herself. I said it's ok that guy was very difficult she looked around as if she was afraid to respond and just said thanks. Is this how you treat your workers starbucks. I've come here for a long time and the employees are so nice and do thier best i love coming here but seeing this changes how I see starbucks. Read moreI Went to pick up a Sentrilock from one of my listings I just closed and had cravings for a Bacon Gouda Sandwich and a hot latte . I was certainly satisfied with the delicious and perfectly prepared items served by this Starbucks. The sandwich was packed with flavor and the bacon was cooked to perfection, while the latte had the perfect balance of coffee and milk. The quality of the ingredients used in both the sandwich and the coffee was evident and made for a truly enjoyable experience.
Finally, the service at this Starbucks was exceptional. The staff was friendly, attentive and efficient, making your visit even more enjoyable. It's always a pleasure to be served by a team that clearly cares about their customers and takes pride in their work.
