I usually avoid writing negative reviews, but my recent experience at Sugar Dose was unacceptable

Yesterday, I took my family—my wife and our two young daughters (3 and 1 years old)—for an ice cream treat. The small place was overcrowded with a long line. After waiting 20 minutes, I reached the register, where the employee asked for my order with a poor attitude. I requested Taro Bubble tea, Kanafa Chocolate, and three ice creams. He informed me that the wait for the full order would be 40 minutes, but that he could give us the ice cream immediately. We decided to go with just the ice cream.

The employee then said he needed to attend to something and would be back in a few minutes. I waited an additional 10 minutes, but he never returned. After another 10 minutes, a different employee came and asked for my order. I requested four ice creams. He took the order, but then the owner instructed him not to serve me until all other customers in line had been served. My wife and I watched in frustration.

After waiting another 15 minutes, the employee continued taking orders from others instead of serving me. My young daughters remained patient, but after standing there for 45 minutes and still being ignored, I asked the employee if I could have my ice creams since I had waited so long. His response was rude, telling me not to speak to him that way. I then requested to cancel my order, which led him to finally give us the ice creams. I was so embarrassed

What was meant to be a treat for my family ended in disappointment due to the poor customer service from both the staff and the owner. Despite being a loyal customer for the past two years, my wife and I have decided not to return because of the owner's unacceptable behavior.
