Bravo Pizza - Lompoc — Restaurant in Lompoc

Was looking for "the top rated pizza place in Lompoc" to bring a couple pies to my Airmen on base during a midnight missile launch. There's nothing like hot piping pizza to bring morale up! Unfortunately, that was not what happened. I placed an 815 pickup order earlier in the day, around 5pm. I chose pickup to allow the restaurant time to make the pizza on their own so there would be no wait time and rush. I arrived at 825 for pickup. I didn't receive a text or update that it was ready, so I took it to chance that it was done. When I arrived, I was greeted and the workers were very friendly but nothing out of the ordinary. I was surprised, once I picked up the food, that it wasn't warm, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt that it had just cooled down. When I tried the pizza about 30 minutes later, it looked like the pizza had essentially microwaved or just reheated in some fashion. Most definitely not freshly made. Out of a crew of 6 hungry men, the two boxes were barely touched all night because it just wasn't that good. For a meat loaded pizza and highly rated cheese, it tasted like cardboard, and the cheese on both was extremely extremely thin. There was barely any crunch to the crust. More dough than any "loaded" toppings and little to no sauce on either. I even bought 2 small pizzas for my family at home for later, and they couldn't eat it either. Overall--I don't think there's anything wrong with service. They appeared to be kind people. But their pizza, for $23-$30 a pop is absolutely outrageous. I love nothing more than to support small business (we all have to help each other out and look out for our community in these times!) Although their pizza is good, their phone person is an idiot!!!!! I asked for a pizza shown on their online menu the Frienze (chicken, red onion and roasted peppers) she said that menu online isn't correct and I should have looked on Yelp (as if I was the idiot for not knowing where to look for their menu). I read the ingredients to her but mistakenly said red peppers instead of roasted peppers but I immediately corrected myself and said "I'm sorry I mean roasted peppers not red". I asked if they had anything similar she said no we don't have red peppers we have green. I said "I didn't ask for red peppers, I corrected myself. It says roasted peppers, do you have anything similar?" She said no but you can put whatever you want on it but our peppers are green not red. I'm getting pissed now and said do you have a chicken pizza. NOW she says well sort of and she described a BBQ chicken then said but we don't have red peppers ours are green. OMG!!!!! REALLY!!!!!! Been a customer for over 5 years here at Bravos Pizza till today 01/03/2016 when my mom called was trying to place an order she's always paid no more than $30 for a "Grande" just pepperoni n Pineapple that's all ! When my mom asked why it was over $30 the owner replied "Go to Dominoz if you don't you don't like it " and hung up on her without explanation poor customer service un professional owner having a bad day my guess then I called back asked what was the reason he was being rude to my mom the other young guy who answered the phone said my boss don't want to deliver to you guys never and to stop calling and I was still hoping to get an explanation and owner was yelling in the background just hang up on them ! I was like wow great pizza but with this kind of service just made our family not ever want to buy pizza from this place ever...
