I have been trying to make excuses for this location for awhile now. “Maybe they are new, under staffed, or a lot of to go orders I don’t see as there is no line here?” But yesterday broke my last straw. I ordered on the app which quoted me 3-7 min for my drink to be ready. I go through the drive thru where I am told after waiting ten mins at the window that it is taking awhile to make and if I could go park out front and my drink will be brought to me. My drink never came. I called and they instantly knew who I was and said it was sitting inside and she could bring it out but doesn’t know what car I’m in. So I let her know I was right out front of the doors with my window down. She said ok and told me to have a good rest of my day. I figured telling her where I was parked was what I needed to do to have my drink but no I waited another 5 minutes before just giving up and going in to get my drink, where I found no line, an employee sweeping and others standing around talking. I was very upset and on top of all that I paid extra for caramel drizzle and there was absolutely no caramel. I took my drink and left because I didn’t want to confront someone when I was so upset. Read moreI have been through the drive through at this Starbucks several times in the past two months, probably six times total. Out of those six times, only once has my experience been good. Every time I have gone through the drive through it has been incredibly slow, and not because the line was long. It's also been at different times of day, so it can't be chalked up to just rush hour. There are usually only maybe 4-5 cars in front of me. The most recent time it took me a total of 30 minutes to get through the drive through, ten minutes waiting just to order and then twenty minutes from when I placed my order until I got up to the window to receive my drink. When I got to the window, half of my order wasn't even ready. I could see inside and the inside area was not overly crowded/busy, as it can be sometimes. The real kicker was that at no point did the woman at the window acknowledge that there was an unusual wait time. No "sorry for the wait". Nothing. She just acted like it was business as normal, and in my experience, it was. Read moreI've tried to give this place a fair chance. I've gone there nearly a dozen times now. I worked for starbucks for 4 years so I understand how stressful the job can be sometimes, especially in the drive through. I always order the bare minimum because any slight variation from the menu will cause them to screw up my beverage. I ordered a pastry once and it was wet and soggy so I just threw it away. I have them 2 stars because I've never given them the chance to fix any of their mistakes because I'm so scared to tell them I was unhappy. I just kept hoping next time would be better. When I used to work for starbucks, we would often save boxes for customers who requested them for moving. So I called them and they seemed very nice and held some "boxes" for me. Out of the cut up box of cardboard they gave me, there were a few very small usable boxea.
