This location has a manager by the name of Omar Jorge who worked on 8/24/2019 in the afternoon. We have eaten at numerous Habit Burger Restaurants, including this one, because the online website states that they take pride in assisting with food allergies. To our surprise yesterday we were told by Omar Jorge that they have no idea what buns are safe, that their restaurant does not abide by the franchise website and that they have no information about what ingredients their items have. He stated that they are independently owned and have no obligation to provide the information. We were in a group of 6, we left and went elsewhere. I looked up to share our concerns to corporate, their site states that if it’s a restaurant in Santa Barbara County that you must contact the business independently. If you eat at The Habit and are looking for consistent food to other locations and standards backed by corporate, do...
Read moreSplendid service, a delightful time to speak with the workers there; they actually gave off vibes that they wanted to work, not just be there cause they saw no other choice, the given up existence vibe you get from most fast food workers at Mchdonalds, Burger King and so on, you dont feel that there. It was beautifully cooked and I commend the Chef and the Su chef for their ways. The bun was nice and warmed (what a pleasant surprise) and the fries were seasoned perfectly. The only complaint is the music choice I feel like Tekashi 6ix 9ine is not appropriate at a family restaurant. My apprentice was humming “gummo” the entire time and I felt quite comfortable. I drove approximately 100 miles from Thousand Oaks to try this establishment I’ve been hearing so much about and it was totally worth it. Shannon was very helpful and friendly and her nails were fabulous. The establishment was very clean and nicely decorated and it smelt like Swedish Fish. To sum it up it was quite a pleasant experience and until next...
