Picture says it all, 3/05/2024 around 9 to 9:30 I don’t recall getting a receipt, I looked in my car and inside the bag box and nothing but ok. This is what happend from my experience, everything was fine it’s just we had to wait for the beef and brocoli because they were out so it was freshly made, I was in my phone when they told me the order was ready so I did not get to see what they put in the beef and brocoli, I paid and I do not remember getting a receipt we get home we bring our kids down and some groceries and my daughter was already hungry so I tried to serve her asap and wen we opened the beef and brocoli I start digging and I’m like “wait what???” Confused and I tell my partner I think it’s only brocoli and he said “let me see”, we pored it in a plate and there’s only what you see in the picture………… it’s just upsetting honestly. I called. The response from the girl who answer is, “that’s how it’s supposed to be more brocoli than beef” I’m like “????” “But theres around 14 pieces of brocoli and only round 4 pieces of beef” the girl “said yes it is supposed to be more brocoli than beef” also “there not really much we can do since you did get your order correct and we did the beef and brocoli fresh for you” in my head I’m like ???¿¿¿ I called for the manager which his name is Mario. Mario told me there’s should be for every 6 pieces of brocoli there has to be 4 pieces of beef. “Yes but there’s only around 4 or to 5 little pieces and I have around 14 pieces of brocoli” He told me that he could do the smallest portion to replace the beef missing that I wouldn’t be able to get a large side im just getting what I paid for.(which I never asked for nothing more) it’s just upsetting I would say unacceptable, but yes getting what I pay for is more than enough. Also he asked me for the receipt which he said it will be required and I said I didn’t have it I looked right and then in my car and the bag box and nothing. He said that they always give every costumer their receipt and that he was going to look at the cámaras. But well.. I didn’t have it and he asked me for a picture and well there it is but to make it clear there is no necessity for me to lie about something like this. The way this situation went it was totally bad bad.. and hopefully they take action about situations like this...
Read moreI placed an online order for pickup on Sunday March 24, 2024 and picked up at 5:35pm. I had been running errands all day and needed to use the restroom. Obviously I’m not going to take my food into the bathroom with me, so I went to the cashier and asked for the bathroom code. Mind you, I’m also handicapped currently and need a cane for assistance. She gave me the dirtiest look as if I didn’t belong there before giving me the code. After using the bathroom I went up to the pick up stand to find my order, the cashier zoomed around the corner and demanded my pick up confirmation number. So I showed her and she grinned at me with attitude. I am under the impression she thought I was homeless or someone trying to steal an order based on how I was treated because I asked to use the restroom first. I’ve worked in the food service industry for over 8 years and understand the concerns these employees have, especially with the location. However, you need to treat every guest as a paying customer before jumping to conclusions. This was utterly hurtful and I will not be returning to this location.
*edit— I had 3 stars for the food rating due to past experiences, however, amongst opening my food in the car, I am extremely upset to see my food is dry and old. The teriyaki chicken was crunchy and charred, the broccoli was brown and there’s 5 dime sized pieces of beef, and the chowmein looks like rice that became crusty from sitting...
Read moreI'm personally not one to leave reviews very often unless something really positive happens or in this unfortunate case something negative happens. Working in customer service my whole life I know reviews aren't super important but I know they are to someone. This particular Panda has the worst customer service I've seen in a while at least to me personally. Im assuming it's because I'm a door dash driver. I'm well aware that some Door Dash employees can be rude and or annoying and I sympathize with that, however I'm not one of them. Several times employees there have failed to even acknowledge I was there, at the worst for 5 mins. You can be super busy and I would fully understand and wait however long it took but I'd appreciate if you at least said SOMETHING. I have spoken with other Dashers that feel the same. I'm at the point where I won't even accept an order from there which in turn lowers my rating ultimately loosing me money but I'd rather have that then just hang out there with no help what so ever. However not every single person has been rude there are a few nice girls who seem to care, so thank you to them. I will end this novel by saying my intention with this review is not to get anyone in trouble or just be an annoying review person...I just hope you guys step up your...
