Unfortunately, I went the other day and had a less-than-pleasant experience. The staff member who assisted me, Paola, seemed disengaged and not very friendly. She appeared distracted while listening to my order, which led to mistakes in my smoothie. When I pointed it out, the response felt dismissive rather than helpful. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but I think customer service is one of the most important factors in working and if she can’t bother helping a customer out with respect, then some kind of action needs to be taken.
