This Starbucks drive thru location is slow. By the time I got my drink there were visibly annoyed customers in cars behind me. My drink order was not made correctly and I didn't have time to pull around and go into the store to have them remake it. I was thirsty and dealt with it, so I drove off as I didn't want other customers to have to wait even longer for my drink to be remade. 2 stars because the drive thru window person was nice and apologetic.
UPDATE 08/26/20 Downgraded to one star. Made the mistake of trusting this Starbucks location to redeem itself. Not happening. The guy running the drive thru could not figure out my order. Then had input it into their system incorrectly causing the real baristas to make the wrong order. I had to go into the store to get a straw for another drink in order anyways and noticed that there seemed to be many wrong orders that were being corrected. The drive thru guy is seriously costing this location a ton of money. I will try hard to remember to avoid this location at all costs.

Read moreThis by far is the worst experience I’ve ever had at this Starbucks location. I will never return here. I ordered a drink and I didn’t like the way it tasted so I asked for a remake. I wait around 5 mins before I go back to the counter to wait. There was a larger order waiting so knew it would be awhile. There were about 6 customers after me that received their order before my remake. Some were teas which is easy. Others were coffee drinks. The barista Judy looked at me several times without even asking a simple “hello sir, are you waiting on something ?” I’m disgusted as a frequent customer that I’m not treated with more respect or the fact at this point I’ve been standing there for a solid 10 plus mins after the initial five minute wait prior. I will never be coming back to this location. My $7 drink might not matter but the customer experience I receive here is awful.

Negatives - I work from home which means I travel and work at Starbucks 50% of the time. I've been to a LOT of Starbucks, and in the last few months I've frequented this location two dozen times for convenience. The employees are inattentive and always seem confused. I have always had to wait for someone to acknowledge me and take my order even though there are a few of them standing there doing nothing.
