I made a online order for pick up. I had my husband to go to the window to pick up the items from the window. He provided my name and the lady at the window refused to give him our purchased item because he didn't have the phone to show proof that we ordered the food. I was not very happy and was beyond agitation regarding this tactics. I went to the window and I saw my food sitting there, oh wow; my first and last name printed on the receipt attached to the bag. I couldn't get back to my order because of spotty service. I showed my CC to validate who I am. I order pick up from many other establishments and was never interrogated to validate who I was to pick my order up. I'm concerned because what if I wasn't present in the car. Would he have to drove back to OC without the purchased food?
I asked to speak to a manager and comically I was told no manager eas on shift. I asked for the corporate number and was told there was not a number for corporate. I will never patronize this place...

I ordered thinking that what I read was what l was going to get, fries shrimp,chicken biscuit drink.. I was charged and asked the cashier why the price was more. ' you pay for drink and fries", I said the sign reads 9.99, she gave me a look, to turned around, went back to making orders. Not washing hands. I wasn't going to argue,I was hungry and tired and took my food and left. Read moreI typically love coming here in the afternoon staff is usually good. Usually. Sandra always gives me and my kids A1 service and makes sure food is fresh. I came at 9:15 just to pick up a small order for my kids. The Manager in Charge Anna has a bad attitude. I get it you’re about to close at 10 but why would you drop and refry food that’s been sitting. Hard as hell tenders. On top of that I asked to split the payment which the kid working with her said was okay. She charged my card once and instead of telling me she tells the kid to tell me. Doesn’t even try to recharge. Called card while in line and said was activated and had balance. Because food was packed already I didn’t want to cancel order because my kids were hungry.
