Always Great Service here. I do suggest if you are going to order something besides the Hot and Ready's place your Order over the phone to save you a bit of waiting time. Not really a need but just a suggestion. I have never had to really wait very long. But with 2 little ones that can get antsy at times It has been great ordering our 1/2 Cheese 1/2 pepperoni and some times breadsticks over the phone before getting the Boys shoes on to head out the door to pick it up. Or after a very busy day out and about running around town. Normally it is ready when we get there or VERY shortly afterwards. Now do make sure you are charged the $5 Hot and Ready Price as some newer employees in training (I think) don't know the buttons yet to hit for these special 1/2 & 1/2 orders. * Also If you have Munchkins like me, don't forget to ask if they have any Little Caesar Cookies or Gifts for the children. My Boys Love the FREE Cookies and they have also had Rulers, Coloring Pages, and other Activity things for the little ones. They do sometimes run out but that is ok just check back next time. They are a very busy store so don't' forget to be kind to these Sweet and Kind Employees they can't always control when registers decided to go out on them. It has only happened here and there but they are fast to switch over to another register to help you.
Read moreI’ve visited this location before and never had an issue when asking for a small box to share extra pizza with homeless individuals nearby. However, during my most recent visit, the cashier—a light-skinned woman with piercings and dyed hair—refused to give me a box, even after I explained that it was to offer slices to someone in need. I then offered to pay for the box, but she insisted I would need to purchase an entire pizza, which felt completely unreasonable.
When I asked to speak with the manager, she walked briefly toward the back and then claimed she was the manager. I asked her name, and she told me it was “Clay.” I later found out from a phone call to the store that this was untrue—the actual manager’s name is Eddie.
I returned to speak with Eddie in person and explained what had happened, with the cashier present. Neither of them responded to my concerns. The cashier who lied about being the manager stayed completely silent as I explained how I was simply trying to help someone in need and was denied something as simple as a spare box.
I won’t be returning to this location again seeing as how they discriminate against homeless people...
Read moreMy boy (who only went to buy breadstick FYI) was refused to ordering bread sticks 45 mins before closing. Then he had to watch others walk out with fresh breadsticks for the 10 mins we needed to wait for a pizza to be cooked. 😮💨 ....Then, after he got his pizza, he kindly asked 1 more time if he can order some too since others had them. Sadly and Stupidly, this particular employee still refused to sell him the sticks. Her excuse to why others have them was because "those were ordered online" 🤨😑... Low key, I could tell he was completely bummed after that last remark but he's still young enough and didn't dwell on it. My reason for even posting this story is to point out how stubbornly set on "NO" this employee was about giving him some breadsticks. I cannot comprehend why She couldn't throw some to be cooked alongside the Pizza but I don't work there. Nor do I pretend to know their Policies/Procedures but come on, how hard could it have been to go...
