McDonald's — Restaurant in Long Beach

Most of the staff at this particular McDonald's are kind and friendly. But this is the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen in my life. Staff hardly ever clean. I've been here 3 days in a row and there is vomit on the floor that's been sitting there for a couple of days. It's all dried up now. The tables are usually dirty and there are a lot of homeless people who hang out there. I didn't purchase any food for myself today because the smell inside this establishment was too much to bare. There were some homeless people hanging out at the tables, some did not purchase food. Sometimes homeless people are sleeping at the tables. Every time someone orders food it takes a long time to receive it and half the time the orders are wrong or missing items. Some staff are not aware of deals that are posted on the windows of this McDonald's. Once, I saw this guy wait a half an hour for a refill. He was so frustrated. I knew how long it took because I was waiting about the same amount of time for the food I ordered. I've seen groups of people leave this McDonald's because they were waiting too long to be served. The homeless people are constantly and out of the restrooms as well. This place is very unsanitary and should be closed down until they make some changes. The least they could do clean the place regularly and make sure that everyone there...

I never usually do this - And to preface I want to first mention that I feel none of this is the Employee's fault. This location has been for as long as I can remember, understaffed and overworked, causing absurd wait times as a result - for instance, today I went in and waited twenty minutes to receive my order. Again, I can't imagine how frustrating it would be to work as an employee in this specific location, I'd imagine they must have a lot of frustrated/rude customers everyday - I'm really surprised there hasn't been mass-walk outs, because being in the main lobby waiting for 20 minutes was maddening in itself, alarms blaring and people scrambling to complete orders. Whoever owns this facility is either completely unaware (never visits the location to see what happens on a daily basis) or wholly negligent to the nth degree, either way, these issues have persisted for years and it doesn't seem like it'll suddenly change any time soon. A small note: both drinks received (Sprite & Dr. Pepper) were "flat" in taste and tasted about 70% water and 30% soda, very diluted, suspect the drink machine may be broken. I just sent to this McDonald’s and I was shocked by how rude all the staff are. The guy taking the orders at the drive through kept rushing our group to order. The young lady who handed us our food basically through the food in the car without asking if we needed any sauce or to verify that our bag contained everything we ordered. We also asked for a cup of iced water and it was not given. We tried to get the girls attention but she purposefully ignored us. Not only did she avoid us but when she finally came back to the window she threw another bag of food in my car (that I didn’t order) walked away realized what she did and asked for the bag back without ever asking us is we needed anything. To top everything off the manager was there watching tho whole situation and never said a word. After we left and started to distribute our food to the group we found our burgers wrapped unprofessional. The picture I have attached is how I pulled out the burger.
