Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Long Beach

As I’m writing this review I’m on hold. I ordered at 7:49 and it is now 9:04 pm. I am hangry and disappointed on how this is being handled. Monique placed my order and I have high hopes for her because of her communication skills but the others can’t find the order, my name.. etc as we wait for a buzzer to open door. “ DoorDash driver “ partnered with them texts that we received our order, yet we call him and he does not answer. And all I get from Pizza Hut is I need to call door dash to see what happened. Wtf!! Now I’m hearing that the door dasher took our food because it was a “return”and all they are doing is a refund by the end of the day. If they understood our frustration they should have given us food for free at this point. This Pizza Hut is just not the same like years ago. They don’t take accountability, they don’t communicate effectively, and it’s disappointing that people can’t handle...

Very disappointed about everything. There are several different pizza choices in the area... go to them. This starts with calling in a phone order for pick-up with the $7.99 special. I'm told that there is an extra $1.50 service charge + tax. Since I already explained my order including well done and crispy. I go pick it up and I end up paying $11.57. I then asked for a packet of red pepper flakes and a couple of the cheese. I was then informed that they now sell small shaker for a $1.00 more for each. I don't use that much, so I declined. I got home 5min later to find a way undercooked pizza.. was able to pull out a gooey center between the top & bottom crust and certainly not anywhere near crispy. I pulled out the gooey bread and tried to eat a piece, tasteless sauce.. pepperoni was okay. Too tired to take back and dumped in the trash. Never Puzza Hut again...

I had order online for carry out, when I went to pick up it was 5:50pm told my daughter to get off & get the pizza she was standing there for 12min no one came up to her to ask her about her order 2-3 other pplo came in and our I walked in, and asked what was going on & one of the employees asked if I’m picking up like really ,? You see my daughter standing for more than 10 min & you just don’t knowest her ? I’m 9 mo pregnant had my son & my nephews in the car not that I didn’t want to get off myself, I just don’t like leaving them inside the car on their own, horrible customer service, I walked out without my order, never going there again even tho is the closest Pizza Hut to me, I work for Restaurant corporate & there was more than 6 pplo back there doesn’t take 1 min to greet a customer or let them know you’ll be...
