The franchise owner needs to take a good look at business and satisfying customers. Tonight was the second disappointing experience with delivery. Ordered by the app and all went well with the “prep meter” then…..it got stuck in the quality control part of the meter for 25 mins. My wife called the store attempting to get an ETA for the delivery. One of the store employees gave us the “ I’m sure it will be going out soon” when she asked when the pizza would be delivered. The guy stated….more confessed here was not enough drivers working tonight. Sooo why would you keep taking orders if you are not prepared for delivery? When asked if it was going to get made again so the pizza would come to us fresh and hot…the guy said “it will be okay”. Absolutely frustrated with Dominos at this point. Is there any reason someone couldn’t call or offer another option. So after almost an hour of waiting, we called once again and spoke with the manager. We decided it would be better to just asked them to remake the order so I could just pick it up. The “manager” said, we would have to pay for the pizza if they remake it and then we would get reimbursed after 5 days…..needless to elaborate, we canceled the order and decided it will be best not to order from this store and maybe Dominos all together. During these times, wouldn’t you want to put out great customer service and product value since customers are trying to get a simple easy money experience? The kicker of it is……we were trying to redeem a coupon for the very last troubling...
Read moreAlright so I ordered a pizza and root beer from this store on the dominos app. I get a notification on my phone while browsing it that my order was delivered. Well no pizza was delivered so I call the store. They tell me that the delivery driver had tried calling my phone and it wasn't connecting. Well first of all I have no missing calls from them so I assume the delivery driver Garret either tried and had no cell connection or just lied. Not sure why Garret couldn't walk inside the hotel I was at and ask the front desk staff my name. Mistakes happen so I let it slide and the guy on the phone says they will make another one and send it over so no problem. Well now here comes where they whiffed and why I decided to write this review. The pizza comes and the new delivery guy drops it off at the front desk which was good and fine but the kicker is that the pizza felt cold and they delivered a sprite instead of a root beer. Read moreI always have a good experience with food quality here. I'm posting today because I want to give a shout out to Jonathon (sp?) who is working 2/22/23. I had put in a delivery oder and he promptly called me to tell me he's the only one working today with only one driver and the driver was backed up 7 orders on the other side of town. He wanted to see if I wanted to cancel, do a timed order for later, or switch to pickup. I switched to pickup. He refunded the delivery fee promptly and had my food hot and ready for me to pick up even though I know he was feeling very overwhelmed and stressed. He was extremely pleasant. I'm giving 4 stars because I think it's probably not great to have only one person working and one delivery driver on a snowy day when lots of people are likely ordering pizzas. I don't know if people called out or what happened. But I just really want to highlight Jonathon and thank him for his hard work and kindness and I hope the managers/owners see this and give him the kudos...
