Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Longview

They are weirdly fast. I mean who doesn’t like fast pizza but it is usually at my door in about 20min from order to delivery. Why I will not order from here any longer: I order bread twist then have to pay for marinara. For a while it had listed that marinara comes with it and and then a driver told me , “the manager doesn’t give it free anymore but we haven’t removed it from the website yet”. Why have breadsticks/bread twist then do not give me any sauce for the bread. I assume there is a marinara sauce shortage because the pasta barely has sauce on it. You don’t have to drown the pasta in it but if there are quite a bit of pieces of pasta without sauce on it then you’re not giving enough. Two orders ago a driver threw my bag on the ground. He didn’t realize I could see him through my Ring Camera. I saved that video. There are more reasons but I’ll just summarize with this… I feel like I’m paying a higher price for something that im not even getting my moneys worth. I should just go back to...

If you are the lucky one to get the store on Washington Way (Longview, WA), you are going to be tickled. They take care of me well, and are super fast. The drivers are kind and always help bring larger orders up the stairs. They follow my instructions and the food isn't all too bad. The computer system needs work. In fact, today, I tried to contact customer support, and the online AI chat-bot is terrible to deal with. After asking me to type in my whole life history, it did not connect me to a live agent. I think they are supposed to "get-back" to me. My take on this is (1) Domino's is a popular site, and they are super busy, or (2) they just haven't got customer service worked out on their website. Tonight I wanted to place an order to be delivered because my fiance has been sick & it had been a long day. When I called the girl that answered was aware that I wanted it to be delivered because she asked & took my name & address. After giving her the information she repeated a totally different address back to me & tried reassuring that I was coming in to pick it up. I got a recording before this girl even answered saying that they wasnt accepting pick up orders. When I told her no and gave my address again she told me that they was no longer delivering for the night because there was no drivers. This was 10:45- 11:00 in the evening. I cancelled my order.
