Avoid this store at all cost! This is the worst service I’ve received from a restaurant in a long time. Granted I frequent this store once and sometimes two times a week. I ordered my meal via the app. I was guaranteed to be able to pick up within 15 minutes. When I arrived 30 minutes later The order was still not ready and they informed me it would be another 15 to 20 minutes before they could GET TO IT. Unfortunately this was not the first time I have heard that. I ordered ahead of time to ensure I didn’t have to stand in a line. On the app they are quick to charge your credit card at ordering. Because of the additional time required to wait I asked them to cancel the order. We will see how quickly I get my money returned.

When we got home, which is 30 mins away, we noticed the bacon had been forgotten. I called, spoke to the night time manager. He said he would write my name down and I would get a free sandwich the next time I came in. I went back in today and explained my situation to the young lady behind the counter. I even pulled up my previous order on my phone to show them. The day time manager came up and asked my name. She went to the back. Read moreCan't comment on the food because it wasn't made right to know if I like it the way I ordered it. I told the guy that took my order it was my first time eating at a Jersey Mike's ever. I was very specific about what I wanted on my sandwich and it came out with none of the stuff that I asked for so I brought my sandwich back to the front counter, and ask for them to add the items to my sandwich. Was told that it's a health code violation to take my sandwich and remake it. $20 per sub, it's expensive. already at least make it the way I want it... and if something's wrong, then remake my sandwich, it's that simple.
