Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Longview

I believe it was last week od week before. I walk in to the left with my buddy where it is usually to look at menu place order. I get told it will be a few minutes from the lady on the otherside. The big guy was busy making pizzas never once made eye contact. We wait like 10 minutes and I even asked my friend wth is going on? I asked a few questions about the menu etc. At this point still not really even acknowledged. Now someone else comes in goes to the right side and the lady tries taking the person's order. I said so do I just need to leave or are you gonna help me? She claims she said this she shaid that blah blah blah. No she didn't I sat around waiting with no communication. She was lost in the clouds. The person was nice as I explained sorry it's just we have been waiting. Then when I place the order she seemed clueless and why lie and tell ms that you told me you were ready? No you told me it would be a few minutes and then nothing. So at least you could do is not argue with the customer. I go wait in car as they say it would come out to us. It seemed like forever and then he comes out. I ask about the dressings and he said they forgot. I even double checked on reciept yes it was there I ordered two ceasar dressings. I come back inside and the lady says I think your pizza is ready? Lol I was like yeah it's in the car but the dressing got forgot so he is getting me it. She was like Oh. I was nice through all of it. I was the one apologizing about the confusion when it should of been the other way around. Does this sound like a fun visit? I picked up a perfect with extra cheese, a club salad with extra cheese and a cinnamon wheel this evening and wasn't exactly thrilled with my order. The pizza was ok, nothing too great or too poor. But the salad was a completely different story. Half off it was ginormous stems that are barely edible, there were pieces that were slimy and beginning to go bad. As for toppings, there were barely any bacon or tomatoes and it was just kind of thrown in there like whatever. I'm hoping the cinnamon wheel at least tastes good. Thinking that I'll start going to the Ocean Beach one and see if they're any better in quality. The music was so loud she couldn't hear to take my order. I asked her to turn down the music she said it's because of were I'm standing. She didn't move not only did I have to repeat my order several times. She put the order under the wrong name. As someone who used to work there. I think we will start going somewhere else. We have had several problems over the last 2 months. And even if I call to make a complaint they don't do anything about it. The last time we spent $40 on pizzas and even after a half hour the edges were getting burnt. But the bottom of the pizza was still raw dough.
