We arrive just before the 40-minute mark, we check in and they said another 10 to 15. Okay that is reasonable. We watched 10 orders go out. Check in again after the 15 minutes, they state another 10 minutes. Okay. Sure. We can wait. At this point, it's already been over an hour since we've submitted the order. Then they finally start asking names of everybody in there. They finally approach us only to tell us that the order has been in queue. However, it never was processed and had to wait an additional 45 minutes for the order to be completed. 20 orders went out before they made any attempt at making our order. After 2 hours of waiting for this order, they also made no attempt at compensating nor did they give us a receipt so we could provide feedback. Had to go back to the online order and provide feedback. Oh and they shoved our order in one little box. Literally, overflowing like they don't have additional boxes. This store is just poorly ran and poorly managed. Employees constantly running outside to cars and dropping off food to who knows who. Pretty sure they are friends or relatives. Maybe stole our order. Smoking pot right outside. Priorities on their acquaintances and just chilling outside. Reminder: We were there for 2 hours and able to watch their employees just do whatever they wanted. This is my 2nd time to this particular store. I have been to several different Wingstops stores in the past and was excited to see this one open. My first experience was okay, it is what I expect after a week after opening. The Wingstop Gods heard my prayers! I was so excited that they finally opened a Wingstop here!
The place has been non-stop busy since they opened, so it was a pain to get food from there. We went there once and they said it would be an hour wait!
The second time we tried, we ordered online in the middle of the day end it was ready about a half hour after we ordered it, which wasn’t too bad.
The fries we got that time were so cold. They’re clearly making batches of fries ahead of time and just letting them sit. That’s no fun. However, the chicken was cooked super well. Though, all three of us in my group felt like the flavors on the chicken were a little light.
The next time we got the food, it was ready a bit faster, and it was the exact same issue. The fries were cold and the chicken didn’t have enough sauce/seasoning. My sister ordered lemon pepper and Louisiana and they have her all lemon pepper.
I think this place has potential, but they gotta stop making fries ahead of time and give an extra dash of the flavoring on the chicken! I think what I’ll do next time is ask for the sauce/seasoning on the side and see if that makes it so I...
Read moreSlowest place in town. I wish people would stop ordering DoorDash from here. It's not worth waiting 45 minutes for a $5 tip when I don't get paid wait-time. Either stop ordering, or tip a lot more, or no one's going to deliver your food from here.
Update: the manager tried to intimidate me into removing this review. It was really awkward, he made a scene in front of customers and staff as he held onto my order until I agreed, but I didn't budge. He eventually handed it over, but it was really unprofessional and childish. He would have gotten further with politeness, I don't respond well to pressure tactics.
Update: a customer with an online order had been waiting a long time, so he asked about his order, and the older lady working there flipped out on him, even though he was very soft-spoken and kept his composure. After he left, she started talking very badly about him to the other patrons in the restaurant.
