Its sunday eve 7pm, i look into google maps and it said this subway closes at 9pm. So i am at the door at 8.03 and the door is locked. I see a young man mopping the floor and a cashier by drawer counting monies. I am knocking on door to get attention and the young man gives me a sign that they are closed. I knock again and the man looks at me as if he wants to open the door and let me in and then looks at the cashier and the cashier nods her head. I was so frustrated, did i look like a robber that you felt threatned that no one could come to the door and let me talk to you and tell you that i really wanted a subway to eat and that you are the only damm subway in Los Alamos and you cant give me a subway while you havent even started the process of shutting down. What kind of customer service is this? I have been in retail business for years and if someone is at the door really in need of something i did open the door even if its 5 mins after closing. Som times people are really in need of somethings and if everything else is closed where can they go? I ended up going to espanola because i was craving subway real bad, wasting 2 hours for traveling. I would have given a minus star for this particular incident. The store is really good all the time...
Read moreparking was my first concern. there is signage that says your vehicle will be towed if you are not a customer, but it doesn't say for which business and the way the spots are laid out you can't tell which ones are for which businesses (there are several businesses close to each other)
the staff seem polite enough even if they don't smile and there is a bit of a language barrier sometimes (heavy foreign accents; may be difficult for some native english speakers to understand)
the sandwiches generally turn out alright. sometimes they are out of different ingredients, though.
they aren't very careful with their ingredients and I've noticed several instances of cross-contamination of meats and veg in the containers that would make any vegetarian/vegan cancel their order
once I asked for a sandwich just how it was on the menu and specifically told the "sandwich artist" that I just wanted the ingredients listed on the menu item for the sandwich. Nevertheless they kept on asking me which ingredient I wanted next and I had to keep telling them over and over - "please just give me the ingredients the sandwich comes with on the menu".
just barely gets the 3rd star (would probably do...
Read moreI know Subway lost my business today. After ordering my Sandwich and the staff decided to throw whatever they wanted on there. Wrap it up and try to give it to. Not only do I not pay for sandwiches that aren't customized to the way the customer likes. But I also will not spend my hard earned money on a company that has been lying for years, saying Subway eat fresh Absolutely nothing in that company is fresh especially this location I used to work at this location. I happened to know every single thing comes in a bag. Nothing is fresh, so they've been false advertising for years. And now they got these fancy commercials, saying they slice their deli meats fresh, but yet you never see it. That slicer is shinier than a brand new Porsche. They don't fresh slice their meats. Yes, they are delicious but for lying to customers for years. And then not giving the customer what they want isn't...
