found 3cat while we were searching for a new milk tea shop to try in ktown. first off, i love that there's a lot of parking available right out front so it's pretty convenient! i have tried a few drinks, but my fav is definitely the oreo mochi & mochi barley burst, my partner enjoyed his mango mochi. i also got the floral black milk tea w/ cheese mousse but the taste is nothing too special, unfortunately they have forgotten to add the mousse so i was pretty disappointed as it was something i was rly excited to try :(

i ordered some drinks via Ubereats & they delivered the drinks in a good quality insulated bag to keep the drinks cold!! +1 point :)

not much to comment about the friendliness/service- we did not interact with the tea-ristas as we ordered our drinks via the ordering machine and all of them seemed pretty busy the moment we stepped in so the only interaction was when they called us to get our drinks.

lastly, the shop is extremely clean, cozy and has good lighting to take pics of drinks!! however it was so stuffy inside (maybe the AC broke?) so we did not stay for long. as someone who loves cats, i rly love the cute cat miniatures on the shelf & the cat head silhouette on...

Let's start with the drink- I tried their special mango mochi signature beverage. The mochi and mango had great flavoring but it mainly consisted of ice. It was mostly what i tasted. Not so great.

Did I mention that I waited 41 min for my drink? The place was packed. The lady in the front said that they do make the drinks in order but in batches. They made my batch ( I saw my drink with my name) 20 min in and I watched it sit there for another 20 min. I told the lady that the batch has been sitting there but she kept pushing out newly made drinks because they were being placed in front of her instead of pushing out the ones who were made earlier that was placed farther out. She ignored me along with another staff member. Worst customer service at a tea shop place I ever had.

The drink was not even made well to begin with. Not worth it. The place was also not the cleanest.
