My visit to 88 Hotdog was an unexpectedly delightful culinary adventure, especially for someone with a penchant for creatively crafted fast food. Nestled in a bustling, crowded area where parking can be a bit of a treasure hunt, this gem stands out for its unique offerings and commendable service. Starting with the mozzarella corn dog, it was a standout in both size and flavor, offering great value for its price. The corn dog was perfectly crispy on the outside, with a gooey, stretchy mozzarella center that was both satisfying and indulgent. It’s the kind of treat that brings a smile to your face with each bite, blending the nostalgic essence of a classic corn dog with a cheesy twist that elevates it to a whole new level. The adventure didn't stop there; the yogurt drinks were a revelation in their own right. I indulged in a variety of flavors - peach, mango, blueberry, and pineapple - each one more refreshing and flavorful than the last. These drinks had a perfect balance of sweetness and tartness, with the fruit flavors shining through beautifully. They were not just good; they were exceptional, adding a refreshing contrast to the savory richness of the corn dog. The service at 88 Hotdog deserves a special mention. Despite the crowded location, the employee was friendly, efficient, and quick to serve, making the overall experience even more pleasant. It's always a breath of fresh air to encounter service that is both warm and competent, especially in fast-paced environments. While the parking situation and crowded surroundings might deter some, the culinary delights and the cheerful service at 88 Hotdog make it well worth the effort. It's a small price to pay for the joy of biting into a delicious mozzarella corn dog and sipping on exquisitely flavored yogurt drinks. For anyone in the area or those willing to brave the parking challenge, 88 Hotdog is a must-visit spot that promises a satisfying and tasty experience.

After a small snack at Kyochon just a few yards away came in to check out their Korean style corn dogs. Pleasantly surprised how good they were. The wifey had seen a Mark Weins video eating some of these type of corn dogs and knew of this spot. So we gave it a try. At first the staff asked me if I wanted sugar on it. I was in total disbelief and said "Sugar on the corndog?" Servee replied with have you ever eaten funnel cakes? I said "Yes, but no sugar on my corn dog" Server said "Ok I'll put just a little on the top and you try it and if you want more just let me know" Oh yeah, I asked for a side of sugar and added it to my corndog. They also asked what kind of sauce, ketchup, or mustard, I wanted. I chose the sweet chili, which I won't get next time. It truly does wonders if you just top it with sugar. I love mustard on my corn dogs usually, however wanted to try something different. Sugar it is! My wife got the cheese filled and daughter got the regular with sugar. We loved it and want to come back and try their other corn dogs and then some of their ice creams and or fruit juices/smoothies. Thier service was friendly and extremely helpful with all their suggestions. They get ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for their outstanding service.

So tasty! I'd been wanting to try this place for ages (I often come to this shopping center for other meals). We FINALLY tried it today and we will be back to try various other treats. I had the cheddar cheese hot dog (with some sugar) and my guest had the regular hot dog/corn dog. We split the sausage and rice cake and I enjoyed a Dole Whip Float (just as tasty as Disney's without the line and expenses!) - $20ish total, so not bad. Their menu has a lot of fun drinks and snacks, so we'll return for more soon. We are super full and satisfied! And the staff member who helped us was helpful. Just be warned that the parking lot is usually in valet only mode (but this shop's sign says it offers free parking for take out, so I'll try that next time - today I parked a block away to avoid the parking fee, also to walk off the snack calories lol). ADDED BONUS!: They had a fun k-pop playlist on during our visit.

Another mix of soft serve and some other dessert, cottonhi definitely reminds me of places like honeymee and other similar dessert places. Unfortunately, outside of the novelty and the cute looks of the dish, I wasn’t the hugest fan of the desserts.

The different flavors of cotton candy were pretty cool, especially the lemonade one, but the soft serve seemed like it really was lacking in taste for whatever reason. We had several different variations: tiramisu, mango, and aloha(pineapple) but all of them kind of tasted bland after getting through the cotton candy.

I’d definitely say come here at least once to give it a shot and say you tried it, and to take all the cute selfies your heart desires, but I definitely can’t see myself going out of my way to get here.

It’s located in the same plaza as popular KBBQ joint: Hae Jang Chon, so the plaza is almost always crowded and parking is pretty rough, but the lot does valet, and it really isn’t that much so I would recommend just...
