Angelino's Pizza — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I'm a little upset now, so when you read this review please understand that even though its an honest review I am upset. First and foremost when I called to make my order the ordertaker was a little impatient but it was only because I'm sure they had other orders coming in, and I Did ask a lot of questions to get the best deal... so with that being said I was satisfied with the ordertaker. Delivery was only 10 min more then expected. I was waiting outside for the driver but when he didn't arrive in the time given 45 min. I came upstairs. The delivery driver called about 5 min later from me coming upstairs, asking if i could come down. I said no, I was unable. So he comes through the security gate, goes to wrong address and when I go out to meet him and send my Son to assist him. He yells at me from my neighbors stairs, "saying how come you didn't come outside?" "There was no parking", which there was because I just came from outside. I said can you not yell at me, I dont like when people talk loud. "He yelled again, you said you couldn't walk", "I can take the order back if you want." All the while shrugging his shoulders. I was embarrassed and only purchased the ($46.95)food because my kids who stood by and witnessed this ordeal were hungry... because I chose not to get on ignorant people level I politely called and reported him to whomever answered the phone(Vincent). Vincent apologized for him but I am still very upset at the level of gratitude and appreciation I got as a patron. I will never buy pizza from Mr. Angelos again. Reason being, as a Mother who gets up at 2am in the morning to go to work and then get treated disrespectfully and with contempt when I chose to patronize a business, I think not! I will spend my money with those who understand the power of the consumer. (By the way they left out my order of french fries, and even though they returned and brought me the fries, I still feel unappreciated. I presently work in customer service, with a more serious magnitude, however I would never speak in that tone and manner to my most ignorant customer. But that's me! Anyhow, I hope this review helps. And I want to encourage all consumers, "SPEND YOUR MONEY WHERE YOU ARE APPRECIATED." By the way I would have quickly accepted an apology for both mishaps(rude delivery guy&missing french fries) if they accompanied it with a small compensation(drink/extra fries). Wish I could give this place 4.5 stars. I've been coming to Angelino's for years now and I really enjoy their pizza. In fact, that's all I come here for. When I want a reasonably priced neighborhood mom and pop pizza, I make my way over to Angelino's and get me a deluxe or Hawaiian style pizza.

I was order take out as I much prefer to eat at home. They do offer seating however it isn't the most posh option, it works if you don't require anything with bells and whistles. The staff is normally very nice and attentive.

My most recent order, I wanted to try something so I ordered a deluxe small pizza with pineapple. To all pineapple haters, go read another review. This not for you.
