Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Popped in tonight for a vanilla freeze, right around 9:45. The place was PACKED. There was one poor employee sheltering behind the counter as an obnoxious, dunken customer was filming and harassing her. Kudos to the employee, she managed to ignore this AWFUL customer and get everyone else served, and then everyone else began shaming the awful customer until she left. I hope the employee's night wasn't ruined, because it really seemed like she was trying to make the best of a bad situation. The fact that every other person in the store was on the employee's side against the mean customer really speaks volumes. If that horrible customer writes a complaint I want this review to serve as evidence of the employee's impeccable behavior. I wish I remembered her name, but frankly that shake was so good and I drank it so fast that I got such a bad brain freeze, I almost forgot my own name. Had not been to BR for years and had a $2 coupon. Was near this location so I decided to give it a try. When I walked in the first thing I noticed were ridiculously high prices. Ended up getting just the 1 scoop (tiny) sundae with hot fudge which cost a whopping $4.70! Even with the $2 coupon the tiny scoop still cost $2.70! Save your money and go to a gelato place instead, or better yet buy the better ice creams...

This Baskin and Robbins had really gone down hill and I thought I would never go there again, but my grandson saw it and wanted ice cream so I relented. We also ordered his Birthday cake while we were there.

The place at least has a few places to sit. That is nice.

The service is still not great, but they are trying. It appears the employees are not happy with their jobs and I have no idea why. They are pretty slow. But they were nice enough, got our order right and charged us correctly, so there is improvement.

Their ice cream is super tasty and we all love it. They have a great selection and all of it is good.

The place is pretty clean.
