I had a wonderful experience here at this Bevmo. I brought 2 tequila bottle from the Bevmo in Burbank but it was the wrong one for a gift so I wanted to return it. The Burbank location said I couldn't even though on the receipt it said I can as long as it's within 7 days and not open. So I came to this location to avoid arguing with the manager over there and Joshua was very helpful enough to let me return it. I called the Glendale location as well just to see if it was 1 store that doesn't allow you to return and it was. Glendale Bevmo said you can return as long as it's not a big order like 20 alcohol bottles. I really appreciate that this Bevmo location let me return it since I was in the area and I got my money back. They will just need the credit card that was used to give you the refund if its within the return policy rules. I was in and out of the store within like 3 minutes since I didn't need anything else...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am officially boycotting BevMo!. I am never walking into their stores again. Yesterday I went to buy some liquor and upon checkout the cashier asks for my ID. No problem, I show him my ID, ( I am in my late 50's). Then he says, please pull it out, I need to scan it into our system. That is where I draw the line. I refused. He said that it is the corporate policy to scan ID's. That is where I draw the line. There is no absolutely no reason for a liquor store to scan a customers ID into their system other than for marketing purposes or identity theft. I was prepared to pay cash. I left the store without buying anything. I drove 2 blocks to Total Wine, got the same item for $2.00 less and nobody...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy partner and I were in line waiting to get rung up. There was only one worker at the register, which was totally understandableāhe was doing his best and being very kind and professional. But then, the manager/lead came up and, in front of everyone, told him to ālook at his lineā in a rude tone. That was unnecessary and honestly very disrespectful. If a manager sees a line, the right thing to do is either jump in and help or call for extra supportānot embarrass the person whoās working hard. Shoutout to the cashier, thoughāhe was so sweet and doing an amazing job under pressure. He deserves recognition, not criticism. Please give him a break, he was handling it so well!...
