Blue Bottle Coffee — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This specific store has a bunch of rude baristas who have decided to team up and bully me. They constantly mess up my order when its ready they don't announce anything. One time I pulled my mask out to take my inhaler and they yelled at me outdoors for not having a mask on. Let's fast forward to today where you don't need a mask on and they don't have a visible sign saying they do either. I walked in to grab my take out order and was yelled out for not having a mask on I explained I was vaccinated and that none of the patrons in the café had their masks on and I was already sipping on my coffee that was ready as I was exiting but they still decided to yell at me and make a scene. I told them what's the difference at a coffee shop where none of the customers have masks on? None of this makes sense , they are really just bullying me and its a shame cause the Blue Bottle Brand is delicious i probably spend like 1k a year on their overpriced lattes. Get new management and new hires please.

Probably the best coffee we ever had. The location on Ventura opened not too long ago on a brand new plaza. Parking is always available so there is no hassle. If you go there in the morning or the weekend expect a good line of people. Sometimes we had to wait 20 or so minutes. I will give you a great tip, they have an app where you can order in advance and just pick it up there . Do it!

The menu for the coffee is very small however that is all you need. Very basic latte or cappuccino is so delicious. The coffee itself is so smooth that it brings satisfaction in every sip.
