Masey Cheveux did my hair and I had a terrible experience :( I wanted to go fully blonde but she refused to do my roots unless I paid her an additional $300, totaling up to $600 for one session. When I told her I can’t afford it she told me that she “didn’t feel comfortable” finishing the work unless I paid her. She did NOT mention this during the $100 nonrefundable down payment and kept changing her story, saying that my hair would fall out of my roots were bleached but she could do it for me for $600. It was a total scam.

She was really mean in a lot of instances, telling me that I was “too young” to understand anything and left my hair with uneven 3-inch long dark roots. She also posted pictures of me on her Instagram without my consent and was yelling at me on the phone when I asked her to take them down. I got a hair cut at Fate Hair #119 and my hair was super damaged and when she was done with the treatment and the hair cut my hair felt so great! Tere was so professional and my experience was over all amazing. I wanted to dye my hair but when she saw my hair she recommended not to do so because my hair would get more damaged. I had the worst experience with a hair dresser here, Stefanie Sevilla. She destroyed my hair! I came in with a beautiful color, ombre, and needed a quick toner at the roots as my usual gal was booked in BH at Ramirez Tran. Worst mistake ever!! I left with a harsh demarcation line from my shoulders down, my hair looked dip dyed as if she darkened the hair above my shoulders and bleached it below.
