Booyaka Lounge — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I heard about this place from a co-worker of mine. I don't normally eat burgers, but this place is an exception. I normally don't like burgers that make me feel awful a couple hours later. These are definitely fresh and better than most fast food chains like McDonald's or Burger King or Jack in the Box.

What I like about the burgers are they have great buns, and are a good size to both fill you up and not make you feel heavy. They have various burgers on the menu with different country themes. My favorite is the Danish. It comes with pickled red cabbage. It also has a jam sauce which is sweet. It hits you with a sweet and savoury bite. You have to try it.

Next is the fries that come with your burgers for free. They are thin, crispy, and flavorful. I'm usually pretty good about not eating out, but like said this is an exception. This place is soooooo good. Worth the wait, and they are high quality, delicious burgers. I always go for the truffle burger and it never disappoints. The owner runs his business well and is honest and nice! I also really enjoy the truffle fries, their pastas are also good. I will always come back!!!

I had to come back and update my review because it deserves an update. The owner takes pride in his business. I visit about once a week because I love this place. He never gets my order wrong EVER. Wish I could eat this every day! My girlfriend and I came here last week and honestly we could not have enjoyed it any more. We ordered and within minutes, the friendly staff had us seated in the cozy wooden booths with drinks and the food was ready! Very much a backyard-esque friendly space with different seating styles. The atmosphere was not too crowded but we still met some friendly locals, the service was excellent, and the food is fatally delicious! They also have some incredible drinks that we tasted and I haven't found the Kentucky Bourbon Ale anywhere else (one of my all time favorites!)
