Burger King — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Every year on Xmas Eve I go to the annual La Holiday show. In 2023 my car was not starting well so I temporarily parked at the BK lot because I was afraid if it wouldn't start in the parking structure at the Dorothy pavilion it would be more difficult for a tow truck to pull me to a mechanic. It was not busy at BK 🍔 on Xmas Eve. It wouldn't start upon return so I slept in the car and was still there on Xmas Day. I didn't think they'd even be open on Xmas Day but they were. Albeit not busy at all. My car was in the furthest spot from the door - not a desired spot. I could have called for a tow using my roadside service but I didn't know where to take it on Xmas Day. Literally no mechanic is open. I had decided to wait there all day. But lo & behold suddenly a tow truck arrived. They claimed the manager had called. I went inside to verify & by the time I came back out they had put it partially on the tow bars. I demanded him to put it back down so I could at least try to start it and if that didn't work I would roll it off the lot. Miraculously it started ! An Xmas miracle 🙏☝️. Praise the Lord . I was able to drive to a mechanic I knew a my and they took care of it the next day. Needless to say it was totally despicable thing to do on Xmas Day . SHAME & disgrace on this...

This place should be closed by the health department. Absolutely disgusting. Not only did they leave several items out of my order, but I took one bite of the Chicken Club Sandwich and almost threw up!!! I spit out the food immediately, and still can't get the horrible flavor out of my mind. I gave the rest of the sandwich to a homeless person and threw the remainder in the trash. I am shocked that the Burger King corporation has not closed this location down and taken away the franchise. I called the phone number on my receipt when I saw they left out 2 orders of nuggets, but nobody answered the phone...ever! I then called the Burger King guest relations line and got a Case #. They assured me the owner of that location would be notified and get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago!! I called the guest line back and they just said they would have a supervisor look into it. I'm still waiting for a response. I ordered almost $35.00 of food take-out (because I like, I mean used to like Burger King), and I got ripped off. Any franchise is supposed to represent the parent company's food menu, taste, and policies. This place is a menace. The employee is very rude. I went on november, at night around 9:30 pm on Tuesday,22,2017 to get an ice-cream sundae. I told the lady I want chocolate sundae. The lady at the counter asked Ice cream sundae with the chocolate or caramel. First I said caramel then I changed my mind. I told her I just want sundae with chocolate right where She's at the counter while she rung my order. I received sundae with caramel. I told her that not what I ordered. She argued with me I heard you say you want sundae with caramel. I said after I said sundae with caramel then I said never mind I just want sundae with chocolate.she Arrogance left. She didn't changed it for me. She gave me the same sundae with caramel with a little bit chocolate syrup on it. Again I told her I didn't order caramel and chocolate. She gave me attitude. I heard you said you want sundae with caramel then after you said you want chocolate , so I putted it all together. I told her I had changed My mind I said to sundae with chocolate after I said sundae with caramel. she seems very annoyance and didn't listen to understand the customer my explaining, until the guy from the back came to help me.
