shame that this 7-11 which took 3 whole years to construct turned out to be the worst 7-11 in the entire city of LA, which is no small feat. the slurpee/big gulp machine is never in service - they have a sign saying there is a "regional shortage" (of what? water and syrup?) but every other 7-11 in DTLA seems to be unaffected by this fake shortage. i think its just because they are mad that people are getting drinks and not paying - a problem that, again, every other DTLA 7-11 has, but this one has decided to take it out on the customers. they also have a passive aggressive sign saying "nothing in this store is free! you have to pay $1 for a cup of ice". give me a break. if you cant keep a business open cause people keep taking free cups of ice, just close up shop now. we...

Someone here attached a card skimmer and stole my EBT benefits. I had card less than a month and this is the only place I used it. When my new benefits came to card the food portion was immediately used at Bangladesh Indian grocery store in Atlanta GA. Just so happen the employees here are from Bangladesh also. I had a cash portion deposited to my card and it was took minutes after it deposited at a 711 in Santa Monica that I never been to. Worst 7-11 ever! Let me tell you what happened. Im visitor, came from Belarus that means i have my passport and visa but i do not have california ID. I came there to buy charger for juul and disposable vape. The guy who works there ask me about ID and i show him my passport. (Im 25 years old btw) He said that he not gonna sell me because the passport is not acceptable. Customers who standing behind me said that he has to accept it.
