Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Los Angeles

An online order was placed for a pizza to be picked up at 7:15 p.m. I arrived at 7:15 p.m. and it was ready. I asked for a couple of plates and they were given to me. I had no problem with the order. Sure, I could complain that I had to stand in line behind three people who were there before me - but that would be kinda stupid.

Although, there was an incident that as a customer you don't want to see/hear, because such things leave a bad impression. As I entered PJP, a lady who was already picking up her order requested napkins; the worker looked for some and I guess couldn't find any. So, he asked the manager, who was pressing dough if there were any more napkins. The manager, replied quite rudely that he did not have any, shrugging his shoulders as if he didn't care how this might affect customer relations. The lady had a quizzical look. I too wondered, how could you have no napkins - you're a restaurant. The worker apologetically told the lady that she could go to the restaurant next door to...

They're rude here! When the Walmart grocery store was open my bf wanted to order 2 medium pizzas. Checking from there prices it's to much and the size difference from a small to a medium is not even a difference at all and yes they charge you alot for it! The guy who was taking our order kept making a weird stare and had a mad and annoyed tone on his voice and wanted us to leave or something. He was unhelpful damn only I knew his name that woulduve been better to rate this place. Whats the downside of this place is Papa John's Pizza overcharges you for 2 medium pizzas and a 2 litter soda here ended up to be $30!? Man that's way to much and to top it off there pizza isn't good yes I tried many pizza's in my life the pizza here is the far worst that I had. Might as well order domino's for 2 medium pizzas and a 2 litter soda is just around $19 so support Domino's Pizza you get a better deal and you'll enjoy it a thousand times much better than...

Papa John’s here is fine sadly you have to park only on the first floor of the parking garage next to the gym EOS Fitness not the second floor. I used to work there before as a delivery driver which was the second job back in Feb-Aug 2021. Also had a hard time during that era cuz it’s hard to find parking in Downtown L.A. for deliveries except parts of Historic Filipinotown, Echo Park, and Chinatown. Sadly it didn’t last longer after 6 months cuz of the covid. Also had great friends there before which was Romeo, David and Leticia which was the assistant manager.
