During our visit to BWW in Northridge. We checked in with Bri and was told it was going to be a 30-40 min wait. Bri repeated my number and I noticed it was incorrect TWICE and had to correct her.
I waited about 25 minutes outside and went to sit inside for another 35 minutes I noticed people that came after us were getting to be seated prior to us. So I approached front reception (Bri the host) and asked about the status of our seat and was told I was still on the list and I gave my phone number again for verification of the text when my seat was ready.
Another 25 minutes I approached her again and asked what is the status of our seating reservation and was told by Bri, the text message was sent a while ago and was considered a "walk off".
I told her my situation and told her I came to you to verify my phone number and knew you had the wrong number even though I gave it 3 times in many different occasions. She told me I will be accommodated and turned to see the table (I and my other party will be seating at) as soon as they clean the table. I still waited patiently until I noticed another party that came after us got the table and Bri sat them down.
I approached her again and told her how much longer will our table be ready and was told she did not really know and I told her would it be around 5-10 minutes? She replied with yes around that time (while she was now looking at another table) I told her if another 10 minutes pass I would like to speak to manager.
While keeping an eye on the table another 10 minutes pass with nobody cleaning it so I approached Bri again and told her I would like to speak to a manager.
John came and I explained the issue and apologized (this is the first time I got an apology for the inconvenience) and told us he can get us seated right away. During this time another customer waiting for their table approached my party member telling her it is good I keep on getting up and checking my seat because this Buffalo Wild Wings takes forever. Couple minutes passed and John sat us down and took our orders.
I had to write this review due to our wasted time (we waited about an hour and 30 minutes maybe longer during this ordeal) and poor customer service. BWW if you have a front greeter, please have someone who can be considerate and accurate with great customer service to avoid more of...
   Read moreI have never written a Google review before, but feel the need to in this case only because the 4 star rating is definitely way too high for this location. I am a big fan of BWW and was excited when I found out there was opening one up the street from me, but this location has always had poor service and food preparation.
Specific to my most recent visit, there were plenty of open tables and I understand one of the sections was closed, but the host had to go and clean off a table for me and my group.
Our server came by right away and took our drink order, but that was the end of the decent service from her. It took about 15 minutes for her to come back and take our food order and then another 20 to receive the food, the order was accurate, but all the food was cold. One person did not receive their food with the rest of the group and we never received any utensils or napkins. It took another 10 minutes to flag down our server, the missing order finally came shortly after, but that order was already very cold at that point.
We were unable to get any refills or place any additional drink orders throughout the course of the almost 2 hours we were there and it took forever to get our check because of our missing waitress who I did spot twice at the bar checking her phone and text messaging
The table that was sat 15 minutes after us got their food before my group, ordered multiple rounds of drinks and paid and left while my group was still working through our cold, depressing meals.

   Read moreFirst off we were seated at the patio where the entire outside floor was disgustingly sticky you could hear the sound of your shoes becoming unstuck with each step. The whole area. Then we were seated at the table which was also completely sticky. We were so repulsed we asked to wait to be seated inside because even a rag wouldn't have helped that nasty table. Seated inside we order and it took well over 20 minutes to recieve our wings which wouldn't be a problem if the wings had come out fresh and hot but instead we were served lukewarm wings that were obviously sitting out for a while which indicated to us that while we were waiting, hungry, our wings were just sitting on a counter getting cold. My girl friend HATES cold wings, warm, luke warm. We had contemplated just order take out to forego the tediousness of eating at the restaurant but she wanted to eat there because she wanted hot fresh wings, because when she gets take out they are always cold. So that was upsetting. Also the whole door to the bathroom was sticky like how the patio was sticky. Its gross to go somewhere to eat and feel so disgusted and uncomfortable. Makes you lose your appetite. And lastly the borderline cold "hot wings" is unacceptable after waiting so long for food. Serious maintenance and quality control issue.
