Sharetea Northridge — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I am a regular customer here but this time was very disappointing. My kids and I had to stand outside the store waiting for my drink to come out. It was cold and windy at night. I had to wait for 43 minutes just to get 2 drinks. The shop told me to stand and wait for the order at front of the store. I stood and waited until 3 other people who ordered after me got their drinks. I walked over and asked the manager and she told me that they ran out of the mini boba that was in the drink. I said no worries i can get regular boba when ordering. I walk in and out and ask about our order. She nodded to wait. My children and I were very cold and we had to walk in and wait in the shop until we get a drink. I was so mad, but my kids wanted the drinks so we stood there and waited. My girlfriend and I stopped by here today since I had to go to the mall. My sisters told her good things about this place so today was the best time to try it. She wanted her almond milk tea but they didn't have almond milk so she had to get the alternative Thai Tea with some special bend. The staff was very friendly and patience with us, since it was our first time my girlfriend asked a lot of questions. They had hand sanitizer at the cashier area and they have a sign to wear a mask. They weren't really busy when we walked in so her drink was made fast. Dont get confuse if there a line cause it's for the H20 Sushi next door. For the price and how big the cups are, its a great deal at this place compared to others. You should give them a try if you're a tea fan. I prefer slushi so I didn't order anything. Sharetea is my favorite boba shop and I particularly love this location because it’s one of the few stores to actually have the coffee creama still available. Like all other sharetea stores, they have an extensive menu and they also have stamp card.

I opted for the taro ice blend and substituted mini pearls and removed the pudding. I also highly recommend their mango passionfruit tea and their tea creamas.

It’s a small store but there seems to be public wifi as there were two students studying with their laptops.
