STELLAR FOOD I have tried the shakes, acai bowls, and crepes -- all are so good! But my go-to is always the crepe because they are literally cooked to perfection every. single. time. You can see that they have the batter ready and cook it right in front of you into a perfect LARGE crepe (so big I can never finish it in one sitting). SO FRESH and SO DELICIOUS. I always get cookie butter, strawberries, and brownie bites in my crepe and it never fails to hit the spot. Also, sometimes they get their strawberries from the farmers market and use those strawberries for crepes -- so much extra effort just to make their food extra amazing! Their brownie bites are INSANITY. I do not even have a sweet tooth but I swear I could eat their brownies alllll day! The crepe itself is the BEST I HAVE EVER HAD. (Several friends and family members have said the same thing, including the ones who have traveled to France.) I cannot even count the number of times I got a crepe from dipnmix on a sad day and felt 100 times better afterwards. They also cut the crepe into little rectangles which make it so much easier and so fun to eat -- the perfect bite or two in every piece!
PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE The dipnmix employees truly take customer service to the next level! Every time, I am greeted so warmly and I genuinely enjoy all the chats I have with the chefs! They are so kind and friendly, and you can see all of their customers light up as they walk into the store, excited to see the employees who remember their names and orders. I am also VERY picky with my food and am an annoying LA girl who customizes everything, and I always like my crepe extra crispy and they do this without hesitating and remember I like my crepe extra golden so they do it automatically. They truly care about serving the best food to their customers with LOVE and my bestie and I (we always go to dipnmix together) LOVE them right back!!! I have brought several friends to dipnmix as well as my family and all of them have experienced this same hospitality. The pleasant conversations and genuine warmth of the employees are what makes dipnmix incredibly rare and special (aside from their bomb crepes). Every time I go back to my hometown, I miss not only the crepes but the entire experience of this HIDDEN GEM. dipnmix is my only true addiction (I usually go at least once a week -- it's a must) !!!
CONSISTENCY & RELIABILITY It is so difficult to find a store that gets your order right every time!!! dipnmix is that one in a million store!!! No matter how busy they are with customers, no matter how loud the rowdy college kids are being, no matter how many questions they're being asked, they never fail to give me exactly what I've ordered and more. I have stopped ordering from so many food places simply out of fear that they will get my order wrong and not wanting the disappointment and hassle. dipnmix ALWAYS. OVERDELIVERS.

Dipnmix is an absolute must-visit. The menu is fresh, creative, and fully customizable—which is perfect if you're picky or just want to try something new every time. I got the açaí bowl with honey pollen on top and WOW... game-changer. The açaí is smooth and flavorful, and the honey pollen adds the perfect touch of sweetness and texture. Highly recommend it.
Also, shoutout to the staff—everyone is super friendly and welcoming. And I have to say it… one of the employees is a 10/10 Alexis Mac Allister lookalike. That alone deserves a sixth star.
